Our NVC case number was given to us November 24, around this time we filed for g884 to get some of our original documents back to be used for the Manila interview. So we thought the first return could be because of that. USCIS first requested our file back on December 11 and NVC sent it to them December 14. We called USCIS several times to ask for update until they told us they sent the file back to NVC on December 28. This is where the problem started. We called NVC several times in January and they have given us different dates on when they received the file back from USCIS. And lastly, end of January we were told USCIS is requesting it back again. We called USCIS and we were told they already approved us and its not gonna change, and also that they did not request our file back. We asked help from the office of the congressman and  NVC told them our file is "being prepared for a return to USCIS" two weeks later after they told us its been shipped back there already. 

My petition also was reapproved in December but instead of NVC it was send to NRC. I'm still waiting

Looks like there was some type of mistake with October 18 NOA2s'. Mine also was October 18th and there are at least 5 others I spoke with. You mentioned that NVC returned case again. What's is the timeline on that? When did USCIS reapprove the case and send it to NVC?

What's your first NOA2 and second NOA2 dates? I'm also in similar situation.

Usually some sort of box they didn't check or forgot to "stamp" the file.  Typically it's a couple weeks or so.   With the holidays,  your mileage may vary 

I will not receive RFE or i might? my only concern now i will be out of country in January.

today i received an email form USCIS saying " According to our records, your Form I-129F petition was returned to the California Service Center so that an administrative error could be corrected..."  What kind of administrative error it could be and how long it will take to correct it?

My NOA2 is also October 15th and NVC returned our case to USCIS on November 16th. Still no news...

I wish I can stay optimistic. 

NVC returned our case to USCIS. USCIS doesnt have any information in there system yet since it was returned last week and NVC didnt tell me why. No idea what to do or what to think...

Can someone please explain me why our case missed 2 shipment periods? Am i missing something? Do i need to do something? Case was received on November 8th and number was assigned on next day but It's still sitting in NVC.

Still at NVC. Looks like our case will miss another shipping week. What possibly can go wrong?

Or is it possible they didn't update case status?

Just tracked package going to US Embassy in Georgia, but i'm not sure if that's our case or someone else's. Visa Status check shows at NVC.

NVC received our case yesterday, number was assigned today. I'm hoping they will send our case to embassy next week, but for some reason i'm not so optimistic about this...

Greenbaum, do you have packet 3 from Tbilisi consulate by any chance? Can we complete medical before consulate receives case?

just called and they haven't received case yet 

By the way, our NOA2 date is October 12th and i called NVC today they didn't receive our case yet...

I know you guys posted about biweekly shipments but I was reading this forum and didn't see anything about mid October shipment, that's why i asked. Also was wondering how upcoming holidays will affect on this. Anyway, thanks a lot.

When will be the next shipment from NVC to embassies? End of november?
