I was lucky enough to have a VERY  fast I-130 process, even fast for the circumstances (DCF). Anyway it seems like the majority of your wait is already done, so I hope you get your answer, ASAP

That's the fastest i130 adjudication have seen so far on visa journey... I'm hoping so too, the waiting is too long for us

I've been noticing some of the latest approvals from Nebraska have been getting processed in just under a year.  If you look under processing times someone just posted that they got NOA1 1/02/2019, and just now got NOA2 12/06 .  So I hope you get yours soon.

Yes some of the time line have seen so far have been processes under a year and I hope to hear from them soon

In OP's case it probably would get his I-130 approved but they been sitting 11 months. Many people just assume it's a speedy way and that's not the case. Those that got the I-130 approved after filing the I-129F had been sitting quite some time. But I am seeing resent filers doing it and well sit they must. This is not a get in front of the line thing. Even though people post that "Oh wow I got approved faster filing the K3". Not mentioning they been waiting already 9,10,11 months.

Yes they have been siting quite sometime less than 8mont. Most of them that file in February, March, April and may 2019, have been approved from Nebraska centre after filing their i129,... They would have still be sitting and waiting like me of not that they file i129 to fasten their i130 up

10 people over 2 months is a very, very small sample. Too small to show any evidence of a pattern. Nebraska receives boxes and boxes of I-130 petitions every single day. It it were hundreds reporting this, there might be something in it.

What do you advice?? It's been more than 11month and we haven't heard back from uscis

The issue for me is that there is no way to know if the filing of the I129 had any influence in their petitions or if it was coincidental to the processing. No one except inside USCIS can tell us that.

You are right but it can be coincidental for more than 10people have talk to on visa journey about i129 fastening up their i130 and make them earlier from Nebraska service centre

At this stage I consider this as anecdotal .. may or may not be related to filing I129..  too many unknown factors.

More than 10 January and February filer at Nebraska conformed on their time line that they filed i129 to fasten up their i130

No harm in filing. Do you have an IOE receipt number or something else? IOE cases have not had any evidence of it helping.

I concur that at 11 months, you're likely to hear something back soon. No guarantees by any means, but you're in the ballpark already.

Yes we have a receipt number from i130.. She wanted to file i129 now but I feel like there's no need for that because the maximum days have seen do far to hear from uscis in visa journey is 365days which we are close to

  8. My wife filed i130 in January 7 and it's been more than 11 month now we haven't heard from uscis now I'm thinking of filling i129 to speed it up being that has work for some Nebraska filer....on the other note I'm thinking of not filing i129 being that we can hear from uscis any moment from now..your opinion will be highly welcome
