Fingerprint review was completed!!! That was all. I did receive a letter of extend 180 days, but my boss said that wasnt enough for him, cAuse i can not drive around with expired DL so there will be trouble for his business. I can not renew my car insurance due to expired DL also. Call USCIS and all i heard from them is your case is being review.
you can take that extension and renew your dl to the dmv .

Yeah, showing that your Green Card was approved and is pending I believe. If you have that stamp it is proof that you were approved, that is why you can travel with it.
other wise it wouldnt of gotten stamped right.

hey my lawyer told me to take all originals of everything they ask for on the letter. And if they needed a copy they can do that. Yet on the paper they ask what to take it says take copies and originals. And it asks for translation of my birth certificate. And he said take the original since they should already have the translated one he sent out back then when i started my case. Can you guys help me out since i dont want to get denied or scheduled another day. Thank you

Had our interview today. The officer asked us to provide our IDs and provide joint accounts. She asked very general questions to make sure he had no bad intentions. She also did NOT ask for the new medical.
Approved on the spot

Check with this doctor (contact info pulled directly from USCIS):
Dr. Charlie Tzu Wang
6348 Corporate Drive Suite A
Houston TX 77036
713-988-2711
if you want to confirm it with the USCIS site, search based on the ZIP (77036) then scroll or page down the list. When I checked just now it was #32 in the list for that ZIP code.

You can still hire a local lawyer but I think you would have to transfer your case.
i am living here in houston. my lawyer would just come over here the day of my interview

We haven’t used a lawyer at all in the process. Unless your case is unusually complicated, I would say it is not anymore valuable for the money.
not really just a regular case. i did have daca to begin off had to get advanced parole and start my process that way.

What are his fees to go with you to the interview?
my lawyer would have to travel from another state we did hire him at the beginning of the process before we moved here so it is kind of a high fee.
-
i do have a lawyer and he left it up to us if i want him to go to the interview with us im not sure ........it will include a big fee.does anyone else have a lawyer??
