We call this AR1.Β  It is the first "your case is being Actively Reviewed".Β  The wait is nerve wracking; I know.Β  I was checking everyday, multiple times per day.. and one day i noticed the date changed.Β  This is called AR2.Β  When you notice the date change, switch over to the Documents tab, you may see the "I-130 Approval" before you get the email.

    Β

We were approved in Feb, and the case went to NVC in March.Β  It took us a couple gos to get DQ'd at NVC, but now we're waiting on US Embassy Manila.

    Β

Good times.Β  Joke lang.Β  But in fairness, we've had time to strengthen our bond even more, so that when we go to the US, we will be that much stronger.

    Β

    Good luck po.

Thank you. Β I'm just not going to check it everyday because it is so annoying. Β Anyway, I will be visiting my wife next month while we wait for this never ending saga.

I just looked for you and found this post. I really hope your case moves soon! Best of luck! You deserve it.

Hi there 😎 Yet another long wait for usΒ πŸ™„Β I'm getting tired of seeing the same old status "Your case is being actively reviewed yada yada yada"Β πŸ™„Β I don't know what they are still reviewing if they say they did not find any outstanding. Β If there's nothing outstanding, then why not APPROVE IT!Β πŸ™„Β Anyway, thank you for checking up on us ❀️

I hope when you said help you really didn't mean do this for you. It would be impossible because we do not have access to the same materials/documents to answer. I recommend that you use this letter as a checklist and begin answering the requests. If you have something you don't understand then ask that question. Compile a cover letter identifying what your are returning and place the evidence behind the letter in the same order as they are asked for. DON'T add more then what is asked for or that can problematic for your case. If you send everything they are asking for and that material answers their questions then you will more then likely go on to getting your approval.Β Β

@Greenbaum sorry wrong wording 😬 supposed to be "advise or tips"😬

Many get this type of information about their case. It means that they are doing back ground checks and for what every reason they are "creeping" along for your case. You'll need a little more patience as there is really nothing you can do. Everyone's case can be different from yours. You can be the best citizen and this can happen to you. You can be a thug and you might just squeak by. No one can say with any certainty when it will be approved.

Thank you for this info @GreenbaumπŸ˜‰πŸ™ŒπŸ»

  7. Hi guys πŸ™ŒπŸ» so I've sent an email inquiry to USCIS...Please see their response below...Anyway...has anyone of you experienced this? What's the outcome? Thank you ❀️

    Β

"On 05/05/2019, you contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) about your I-129F because you believe your case is outside normal processing times.Β

Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks.Β

We hope this information is helpful to you."
