  2. Hey a quick poll!

Based on my timeline in my signature, when do you think the papers will arrive at the embassy? (Keep in mind the I129F was recently approved also)

    1. Late October

    2. Early November

    3. Mid November

    4. Late November

    5. Sometime in December

Just reply back with a #

    Thanks :)

I vote for option 1

Till when your wife will be able to fly for USA? Try to expedite the process with the embassy. Wish you everything to be very speedy and baby to be born in the States.

  3. Zolanden, this waiting for the transfer from CSC to NVC make me crazy. This was even more painful than waiting for approval. We waited a month and three weeks. I know that this is very difficult. They will receive it I hope by the end of this week. Call CSC too. Try to find out something. After we have waited a month my husband called them every day. He received even a remark by CSC for calling too often :innocent:

I think that my and your petitions have been reviewed by one and the same officer who is lazy and wait with weeks to collect more petitions and after that give them for transfer. Wish you luck

Wish luck and ease final of this process to everybody from the new topic

  4. Good morning all April filers. It's another week and I'm already rattled! I am very happy for the people but, I am extremely upset, and becoming to take this whole process more and more personal!!! There was another May filer approved by VSC. Why do these people keep our applications at CSC when they do not have the capacity to handle all these applications? In the meantime VSC is processing applications and our applications sit and the back log continues to grow! How comes no one is recognizing this huge problem? Also, the May filer did not have any touches! Our applications started to be "touched" Sept 25, 26, 27, & 28. Still we do not have a decision. This now is making me nervous and I feel like I am on the edge! What more will these people do to ya? I'm sorry for venting but, I am so frustrated!!! Our families continue to be seperated and all of our lives remain on hold. That is the bottom line on how you look at this. Also, I understand there is not a damn thing we can do until we finish this horrible process of USCIS... I really am thinking about when this ####### is over to publish a book on the entire process. I believe everyone should told about this horrible nightmare!!

Anyhow best of luck to everyone........

Call CSC and ask about these touches. Wish you luck

  5. Thanks for the congratulations friends! Wish all to you very luck!

Zolanden this is so disgusting. Call CSC in any case and try to see what they do with your case. Wish you luck and hope that they will send it very soon.

Kalina thanks. It is a nightmare for us,indeed.I cannot stop thinking about this "90 days" response.Did you get the same ,when you guys called the NVC?

I am REALLY sad and frustrated and so on.Whining time again:(

    Z.-

    My Honey!

Thank you for your kind words.Wish you luck on this&{#!!@@ journey!

Zolanden, they said the same to us about this 90 days. In addition every time when my husband called CSC they said different information to him. I know how you feel. Hope that NVC will receive it soon.

  6. Finally our I 129 F reached NVC! Yesterday my husband called and they gave him a case number of our case. We will be waiting now to sent the papers to the embassy. I hope they will do it soon.

Wish luck to those who are still waiting

CONGRATS GIRL!

    I am HAPPY for you.

    PLease,pray for me!

    Z:-

Thanks Zolanden! I think that your papers are at NVC too. Our was delayed because of mistake from CSC. First they sent my daughter I 130 instead of I 129 F. Give them a call. Wish you luck and speedy final of this process

  7. If she is biologically Your daughter, then she is a US citizen, and you do not need to petition for her to immigrate. You will however need to register her birth abroad with the US Embassy in your wife's country. The link to the consulate is likely posted here at VJ in the Embassy Info page, but you didn't mention what country she is from so I don't know for sure. You could also Google or Ask.

My husband is US citizen too but we sent I 130 for our daughter because when she was born he wasn't citizen but green card holder.

  8. For the people who know....

Why does for some people the I129 get approved along with the I130 and for some people only the I130? What is the reason for that?

I don't know the answer Jas S. But according to me you have to contact CSC and try to expedite your I 129 F. I think that I 130 will take long time at NVC. Wish you luck and hope that you will succeed in bringing your wife to USA before giving birth.

  9. Looks like I'm the last man standing. A dubious honor. Congratulations to everyone. We've been told by USCIS that our file is out of extended review and will be adjudicated this month... Married 11 years, 2 citizen children...

Wish you luck Alan. Hope that your case will be finished within this month. It is inadmissible your family to wait so long. I know that when there are children the waiting is more complicated.
