  1. am i the only one from march filers at CSC who still hasn't received an approval? just wondering.

No, you are not the only one. Our petitions are sent before yours and we don't have even a touch. After NOA 1 we don't have nothing. I am very upset. It is so unfair......... :crying: :crying: :crying:

Yes. Me also March CSC filer and still waiting :( Kalina I am just behind you.. Have you got any touches on your petition (129F or 130) ? I havent got any on my 130 since Feb 27th :(..

    Good Luck !!

No touches after we received NOA 1 for I 130 on 24 February and after 13 April for I 129 F, when it was received and pending in CSC. :( :( :( Let's hope something will happen this or next week the latest.

  2. I am in the same boat. So tired from waiting. I am constantly checking the USCIS site and nothing. We have filed three petitions (two I 130 for me and for our baby and I 129 F) and nothing has been touch since they were received at CSC. I don't want what to think. You are right that our life is in the hands of these people. Let's hope and pray God for fast approvals.

  3. I received an email for I-129F approval today as follows.

    ***QUOTE***

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On May 24, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!

We have almost similar time line but our applications don't have even touches. I am very worried. :crying: :crying: :crying:

  4. We don't have even a touch after NOA 1. Neither my I 130 nor the I 130 for our child. I 129 F hasn't been touch too. :crying: :crying: :crying: I am so embarrassed. What are they looking for??? We have a baby and I think it is sufficient evidence for our marriage. It is not fair. God please help us. :crying:

I am in the same boat. Our baby doesn't have a mom until the visa goes through. Babies invoke some pretty stong emotions... you try to protect them and give them the best you can, and having a mom is part of that.

You should call - the touches don't mean everything, and their computer systems are messing up left and right. It certainly won't hurt to call!

I got another touch on both of my petitions today, but still no approval.

We called them through RFE line and there is nothing. They said that our cases are pending and processed on time. You are right for babies. I hope we to be soon together with the father.

I wish you fast process.

  5. You should try calling USCIS and talk to a live person. Inquire for a possible RFE. Before, you know it, they will inform you that you are actually approved. It happens a lot lately.

Island Princess, thanks for advise. We will try it too. But I am concerned that we don't have any touches since our NOA 1's. I am so tired of waiting and constantly checking to USCIS cite...

  6. My foreign wife and I married 10 months ago in her home country. I am a

US Citizen. I am about to file the I-130 petition. Here are my questions:

    1. She is currently pregnant carrying our baby and will probably give birth before the

visa is approved. Do we need to do anything to make sure our newborn

baby will also receive a visa, and not be left behind?

Don't worry about the child. It will receive US citizenship.

    3. Also, my understanding is that when the K-3 petition is approved,

    the

US Embassy/Consulate will notify my wife about the next step (DS-156,

    medical, etc.). Is this correct?

I 129 F will be direct to the embassy, but as far as I know it is not valid for I 130. If you want to pursue I 130 route you must send and receive additional documents to/by NVC.

In other words, there's nothing else

    we

need to do/submit until we are notified, right?

It is not sure because sometimes after the applicant has sent the documents, USCIS require additional evidences or so called RFE. They will not approve your case before you submit these additional evidences.

I wish you luck and fast approval.

  7. Hello everybody!

Can someone tell me when USCIS require RFE if they request them via email or they send only regular mail to the petitioner. I am asking this because my husband intend to travel and he will not be at home for a month or longer. So if they request only by mail, eventually we will not be able to understand and send them on time.

  8. Hi friends,

We are about send the I-130 of my son. Please help me on what document to send. By the way, we already sent my(spouse) I-130 about a month ago. That time, we did not know that I and my son will need TWO SEPARATE I-130.

    Please help.

    Hi,

as far as I know, if you pursue I 129 F route and choose to go in USA with K 3 visa, your son will receive automatically K 4 visa, nevertheless the I 130 petition is sent for him.

  9. Life's not fair. People who filed their I-130 way after I did, already have their NOA1's for their I-129F's.

Hi. If you have not received NOA 1 a month after USCIS has received your I-130, you should to call them and to find out what have happend. May be there is something wrong. They will resubmit it.

  10. Hello everybody!

My husband has sent our I-130 petitions /for me an for our child/ at 15/02/07. He has sent as an evidence of ongoing marriage only the birth certificate of our child.

I think this is sufficient. What do you think. Is it necessary to send other proofs /photos, tickets and etc./ when we file for I-129F.
