The tier 2 said it is a denial. Supervisor sees the case for a final decision. I talked to a lawyer yesterday and he explained why they could deny my case. In my divorce decree it was made a mistake and now the court fix it. And in the eyes of imigration I ended the divorce now even though it ended a while ago. The lawyer said there is no point to reappeal cause it will take as long as all process for k1. And just to reapply. I am start getting ready all the package this time without a lawyer, they create more problems then help. When I will get the actual denial letter I will have a better pictures of what is going on. 

@Nov2017AD Oyy veyy 😨 ! I got lucky a few weeks back, spoke to a tier 1 and the lady told me well it appears that an officer is looking at your case, but no decision yet keep waiting.  I asked so am I still under going security checks, she replied no an officer has your case on their desk. Now I don't know if to believe in her response.  I will most likely contact Ombudsman by the end of the week if I don't get some sort of a different reply back on Inquiry.  If she had told me, oh your pending security checks then I would understand delays on their end. But nope supposedly on an officers desk for quite a while now unfortunately.

@Victoria85 omg im sOo sorry hun wow this isn’t fair  Best thing you can do now is wait for the letter to come in the mail and try to appeal - stay strong!

Holding my breath waiting on a response for my 2nd inquiry sent on the 17th of September.  I’m just hoping its not another “wait 45 days in adjudication.” Fingers crossed.💔

Update: I just put in my 2nd inquiry online through USCIS. First in July. Now Mid-September. Trying my luck😒. Supposedly will get a response on my case status by Oct10th.

Very very happy to inform that 
OUR CASE GOT APPROVED TODAY 
As per USCIS old website.
NOA1 (Old Website): December 26,2017
NOA1 (New Website): December 29,2017
NOA2 : September 14,2018 ( After 265 days)
Both websites have been updated now.
Nevertheless, it really feels surreal right now.
I would like to thank a lot lot lot many people who have helped till this stage and not only helped supported and encouraged and helped me keep a positive outlook in this wait.
 
I just hope my fellow members still waiting get their approval ASAP. Nothing I will say can make it feel better for them.

Just wanted to update everyone on this thread that I still don't see any updates on the new website - https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/.  Case status is still show up as "Case Was Received" whereas I already received an email, hard copy of the letter (not the official NOA2 but a notice stating that NOA2 is on the way), as well as an update on the uscis app - which I believe pulls data from the old website.  In case for those of you who are solely relying on the update from the new website..

I hope it's an encouragement to someone else here, that in fact miracles *do* happen. 😉

Dear All, I hope this can bring some light to those who are still waiting for their No2. 
We got our application approved on September 14, 2018 and that has been updated on the website. 
 
No1: Dec. 19, 2017 (new website: Dec. 21, 2017)
REF: Aug. 2, 2018 (requesting the evidences we both met physically in two years  prior to the submission of the application. The evidences were included in the initial package. We don't know why. So we submitted another fine one back.) 
REF sent: Aug. 14, 2018
REF received: Aug. 21, 2018
No2: Sep. 14, 2018 (The all process from No1 to No2 is 269 days.)
 
Now we are moving to another phrase. Thank you for each of you to support us. Certainly this will be another unforgettable memory in our life. Many thanks. We will keep supporting each other. No one should be left behind.

I'm a Dec 20 filer and on August 1st I got the wait 30-45 days response. Today marks the 45th day waiting for anything.  No RFE and on August 1st it was the congressman that got that response for me. I emailed my congressman again today letting them know I still didn't receive any NOA. I hope they can help me. 

Wow, I never knew at the beginning of this week that I'd be posting this update.  I literally just received an email from USCIS two hours ago that my case has been approved.
 
The odd thing is that the case was never updated and it still isn't on the new site.  However, it is updated on the app which I believe pulls updates from the old site.  According to the new site, our NOA1 was Dec 11th, so it took exactly 9 months for this to be approved.

I called USCIS a few days ago and tier 2 put the second service request for me. I am waiting after I sent my RFE 45 days ago. My congressman office is involved in my case as well. They told them to wait 30 days, and to me they said 45-60 days. At this point I do not believe anything USCIS  says because they are very inconsistent in their statements. Every time I call them I get different answers.

I finally received our NOA2 in the mail after 293 days! The website still says received though.

We got approved! Just for reference our RFE was due to a single question we missed. We completed the RFE and mailed it back the same day, still took around 4 weeks to get an approval. But nevertheless.. 
 
NOA 1: Dec 26,2017
RFE: Jul 30, 2018
NOA2: Aug 29, 2018
 
Hope everyone else gets approved soon. 
 
 

I do not know what state are you living in but when I contacted my congressman and senator they both were very receptive. My congressman office did more for me than my lawyer. As someone from USCIS told me "getting a congressman involved will not speed up your process ", other peoples' practice proved otherwise. I am waiting as well just like everybody else, but I know I did everything I could. It is not right that February  month applicants start getting their approvals and so many from October-December are still waiting. 

Exactly 9 mos my f got our Rfe,in the mail no update on new and old site..and thanks God its just a simple rfe missed to check one box..atleast a movement on our case..hang on there and pray hard it will come soon..godbless
