I tracked my GC, scheduled delivery tomorrow by 8pm 😍   Finally just 1 more day to go....it has been way too long. I hope everyone else will hear good news soon.

any 'updated' status is typically a good sign. My husband had his name updated and birthdate updated and within a week the notice 'card production' happened and within a week card was mailed.

My case changed to new card is being produced too! Wohooo. Definitely going to celebrate tonight!!!

hello all, my case status got updated a few minutes ago “ new card is being produced” no approval notice just changed to this directly, is it normal?  I almost couldn’t believe it after 16 months of waiting 

Alright, we will be mailing our additional documents tomorrow. What do you guys think?
 
- copy of our driver’s licenses 
- copy of my military spouse ID
- plane tickets with all our names
- geico insurance with our names
- my life insurance with both our names
- screenshots of my tricare health insurance with both our names on it
- tricare explanation of benefits letter
- DoD eligibility for Tricare
- screenshots of my bank account (my husband transfers money to my savings account twice a month)
- taxes 2015-2018 (we file jointly)
- property tax 2018
- home insurance with both our names
- home warranty with both our names
- delta title corporation for our house with both our names on it
- affidavits from his grandparents and hopefully from his chief
- copy of orders
 
 
This should be enough? Also we don’t have a joint bank account and my name is not on any utility bill.
 
and all of this is not going to fit in the envelope they provided. Can i use a different envelope and put theirs in the other one with all the documents?

I’m not a lawyer, but if you guys are separated then you will probably have to divorce and file a waiver. You can’t go into the interview and be separated as the purpose of this visa is to establish you both as a married cohabiting couple. If that’s no longer the case you need to change your approach to the application. Don’t worry you’re still able to file a divorce waiver and go that route, many do. But I don’t know maybe someone else can input on that?

I can't say for sure whether this update is due to your name adjustment, but I will share that my husband received same notice in early March from USCIS about updating name and a week later another update email and text notification that birth date was updated. We had no real understanding what this meant. However, within the same week a third notification came to us that the card was in production (March 15) and GC received in the mail a week later. Our wait totaled around 15 months. When we received the name and  birthdate notification, I combed through this forum in search of any indication of what exactly does "name updated" could possibly indicate. I located two members here that posted exactly the same name and birthdate notices from the USICS and within a month's time they too had received their approval notices. So, with that said, I sincerely hope and wish that this is the case with you as well. Best of luck and fingers crossed.

Got this update today morning while waiting for our first baby to come into this world.  My case was transferred to Nebreska Center.

I hope this week will be my luck week, Just like I hope it was last week...lol

Great news, checked the uscis website and my case was approved and new card is being produced. Thank god the wait is over after 14 months. I hope everyone gets approved soon 🙏

We’ll eventually get there... I may die of old age first... LOL! But we’ll get there. Most of the ROCs in my group have been adjudicated. Lol mine will eventually happen :)😃

I will be one of the happiest people to hear the news about your approvals. You guys are here almost everyday and I can understand the frustration. My fingers are crossed for you guys and everyone still waiting. 

Got this notification about an hour ago- Received email/text and app was updated. Vermont service center.

On March 22, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC180865xxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us

I jsut got approved, message that card was being produced. I was transfered as with other CSC applicants in Feb and DOB updated yesterday. 

Attention Nebraska transfers! Great news! Early this morning we received the notifications that the card is in production. Our case was transferred numerous times and on February 5, 2019 it was transferred to Nebraska! So yes! I believe that we are the second case on record here for approval. So please hang in there and be hopeful as the timing seems to reflect that Nebraska is experiencing completion of case status. I'll post once again when the card is delivered and will log in to follow on everyone's USCIS journey.
