Did interview on July 8th, consular officer kept my passport but handed 221g for proof of cohabitation of my parents. I submitted those the day after, and received notification via email from the embassy that they received the docs and are going to review them. After the process is complete I’ll be given the visa. My question is if anyone has experienced this and how long it took to get the visa?? My last update  was July 11th , 2 days after I got the notification from the embassy about the documents.

Has anyone in here been in AP for proof of cohabitation? what would be the estimated wait time??

When placed in ap does the ceac( last update change) date move everyday?

I got expedited on May 7th no cc but got IL on May 31

You do not need to register any appointment date , just print the appointment letter and get your medicals prepared with the other things in the list you’re required to submit on your day of interview . all the best

Good morning, so I received an interview date for July 8, however I go onto the website to register the appointment date and I’m not seeing that date available do I select any of the available dates?

How long does case status usually take to change from in transit to ready?

Received expedite on May 7 case has been stuck in transit since then, has anyone seen this before???? Also states that interview date was given  by nvc, but none was provided.

Congrats and could you shed some info on the expedite process I’m tryna get mine done and I’m not 100% sure of how to do it. I got 2 rfe’s so far for co-sponsor docs, primary petitioner and applicant docs have all been approved

All I was asked was for copies of my w2 but I told them I had the tax transcript and he said "that's even better".

If the petitioner’s AOS files are accepted is a joint sponsor still required, or is it optional?

Also, they told me that they just started on a new batch of cases. Is this the 4th week from NOA2 date?

How long does it take for nvc to receive case?

I received approval on new site 14.12.18 

PD 4.4.18. But still haven’t received hard copy Noa2 or update of mailed to nvc, it’s still on we approved your case.
