    By the sounds of it, the people NOT exempted from this ban are Spouses and minor children of Permanent Residents / Green Card Holders, basically if you're not a US Citizen or married to one, you're on your own for the time being.
     
    AOS applicants INSIDE the US are completely fine if you're married to a USC.
     
    He also mentioned that he can extend it or change it, who knows. - his words.

    These are the docs I will submit tomorrow, I think you should send the same requirements of your SPONSOR and the CO-SPONSOR. I also included the Year 2019.

    I was able to open a joint account with the wife with Chase, all i needed was my passport and a utility bill in my name showing my address confirming i do reside in the country, Capital one was able to do authorised user too to her Credit card.

    Try Chase, you don't need an ITIN or a SSN if you open a joint bank account.
