Today i got message on ceac about I-864A ie
we are unable to accept multiple document types combined. please separate the documents and submit each document under the appropriate document type.
but the I-864A contains no extra document other than I-864A's 8 pages.
so what should i do now please help
i think your documents might be in different formats... like some in pdf and some in jpeg etc... so you need to chek that and resubmit in same format.

Yes. NVC dies the schelduing but the embassy releases the dates available. My opinion is if it's truly first come first serve. When your case is complete you should be allowed to schedule yourself. Jmo.
dates provided by the embassy but scheduled and handled by NVC.
what i judge from the whole process is.. its at this stage when NVC does background cheks also like name chek, criminal record etc through fbi etc., they dont disclose it, but surely do all this at some stage. as after cc interview is quite near so its better and practical to do at this stage rather than to do at i130 stage.

Congrats and could you shed some info on the expedite process I’m tryna get mine done and I’m not 100% sure of how to do it. I got 2 rfe’s so far for co-sponsor docs, primary petitioner and applicant docs have all been approved

Yes. A day before our 3rd week. Another rfe lol. Well thanks to the lawyer. You will hear something soon for sure. Resubmitted again May 8 and 9
another RFE!, was it regarding the previous documents only or some other RFE?

Hi all,
I submitted nvc documents on 23 april, and received rfe yesterday.
They need 2-3 civil docs to be resend with right side up, and one woth more clear scan. That is not big issue though.
Rest all says accepted. BUT joint sponsor' i864 and passport copy is still 'submitted' and not 'accepted'! What could be the reason for that? Main petitioner's i864 and all are accepted though.

I subitted my i864 and civil documents on 23rd april, on financial documents I submitted 2017, 16,15 tax transcripts.
Hope that is fine, they dont ask for 2018 tax Return, which was not ready by 23 april.

Hi,
For financial documents, you have to submit the IRS tax return transcript for 2018 (must), and 2017 & 2016 (recommended, and should upload on the optional documents). To get the transcript from IRS, you have to create an account from IRS website then you just download from IRS (pdf file). I also included my last three W2 pay stubs.
Hope it helps,
Good luck
2018 tax returns werenot available, so sent tax transcripts for 2017,16 &15..

HI All,
I have couple of questions regrading POE and Green Card process after completion of Immigration Visa interview for IR5 category. My parents interview date is April 26 ,2019. Consulate : Mumbai, India. My Parents never travelled on any international Flights till today. I am living in Pennsylvania.
Questions Are:
1) Are they allowed to enter on any US airports ? For Example, we have a plan to visit our relatives in Chicago when they arrive in US first time and I (petitioner) live in Pennsylvania. So CBP office will allow my parents to enter in US through Chicago airport or not?
2) When I can apply for Green Card or Pay Green Card fees after completion of Visa interview? Should I wait until my parents enter in US on Immigrant visa or I can pay Green Card application fees immediately after they finish their interview at Mumbai Embassy ?
hi, how was the interview?

Hi folks
Better late than never... I filed an I-130 for both my parents. My PD is June 27, 2018 and processing is at the Texas Service Center. It's nice to have a community of people waiting in line lol
Also, my parents do not have birth certificates which is a common problem of people their age in India. Are there alternatives to birth certificates that will be accepted at the NVC stage?
thanks
i have a similar issue.. my usc son have applied for both me and my wife... but my wife doesnt have a BC (1978 born) .. what could be the alternatives for us in lieu of her BC?

our PD is 7 june,18
just a couple of queries:- what intimation we get first for the approval?
an email from uscis or a physical letter in mail or an update on uscis website.
And if there is a RFE... how do the contact ?
an email from uscis or a physical letter in mail or an update on uscis website.
