All nice an preppy, but the articles speak about two different incidents, ups, I guess your argument is invalid now, awww!
Quote?
Why is it preppy? That doesn't make sense.
Nice try, since it was removed. But that's cool. We can link to some of your other awesome feminist posts.
Here's the one where you accuse women who have converted as having no backbone. Sure, there are some who have identity issues.. but generalize much?
Why the inshalla? Have you coverted? That seems to be a trend as well, some women just have no backone.
Here is where you start out pretty good, but then critique anyone who chooses to stay at home, etc. Any self-respecting feminist would know better.
While I am not an ex Soviet member, I've figured I am close enough to offer some piece of advice.
To start with, it is really irritating to be thought of as a bulk of women sharing the same personality. That is hardly the case.
Secondly, no self respecting women in her 20-30s will be anything like her mother (aka, cook, clean, do all the housework, take care of the children, be a sex goddess and have a full time job). Things have changed, we are preoccupied with our education and our careers. So if you think you are going to find sex kittens who love to cook/clean/work 40 hours per week/be a great mother, welcome to the reality.
Until I moved in with my fiance, I had never boiled more than an egg in my life, or done the dishes. And after we moved together, I wasn't the one cooking or working like a maid from dusk till dawn. Chores are to be divided like in a normal household. I truly resent people thinking Eastern European ladies are somewhat inferior to American women, in the sense that they are willing to do some things American wouldn't. We aren't. We are just as interested in having a career and an independent life.
If you are into patriarchal roles, you might find women here that still think men are somewhat superior. They are either old, or not very bright, but, hey, they will cook and obey.
This one is my favorite. This is where you hope a woman is raped repeatedly as punishment.
Stupid ######, hope she gets raped in jail many times.
So I like this. It's pretty cool how you advocate rape as an appropriate punishment for women and despise choice.

The Telegraph interviewed a female survivor, who stated that around 100 people were thrown overboard after dying onboard, and that "especially" women had perished. Not exactly the same as tossing women screaming overboard.
Ohhhhh... snaps in a Z formation!

Yawn.
I like the part where she is all riled up for women when she accused this entire country of having stupid/fat/lazy women earlier in here. I like this selective feminism. I like the way she is hilarious like that.

i know but the more i blah blah with the interviewer the more he will make it worse for me... i will have to let the interviewer ask me and respond only on the questions and not talk without stopping
Well yes, that is how the interview goes. They ask, you answer. They ask, you answer. There isn't really a point where you should be volunteering information randomly.
-
i just wanna avoid the red flags.. and not get myself into more trouble and traps
You can't avoid them. They just are. They aren't like something you choose.
-
so should i say That is none of your business to the interviwer if he asks me what the reason of her divorce?? the interviewer will not get offended or such??
I wouldn't. That's why I said I wouldn't recommend that answer.
-
because someone here told me that it will be considered as a red flag if i said to the interviewer that i have two guys from my relatives in USA..
It is a red flag. Lying about it only makes it worse.

Romance building?
Wait, what?
Those skanks spent $50,000 on prostitutes - while their children and grandchildren for the love of God looked on.
I fail to see the romance.
Haha! Skank is one of the first words I taught Ammar... because he heard me call girl a skank and he had to know what it meant. Ah yes, good times.
We've had people pass through this forum before who bring their children to visit their MENA SOs. Sometimes, they do it in a normal way. Other times, they do it in a ####### way, basically ignoring the kid and making it suffer while they get their freak on in the next room. Others leave theirs at home for months while they play Lawrence of Arabia with some guy-- because that's responsible parenting right there.
I think romance is obviously subjective. I think these women maybe saw this as romance.. because romance is completely mental in their case. They built up their expectations about tons of guys and whatnot. Obviously, reality was different. Reality was they were skanky and the guys were smarmy and everything was gross.
So I think the questions become what really is this? How is this different than a real relationship? What are our expectations as Westerners approaching these MENA societies? How much do we project, they project, and is there a mutual reality of expectations?

Source? It's telling that the only people who picked up this completely non-verifiable "newsstory" were the likes of Pamela Geller and her fellow trashbags. The original Italian story posts nothing at all verifying this happened- no last names from the two people alleging this happened, no reports of calls for further investigation into whether or not this happened, nothing. This is not news, it's a particle of a story that's completely and totally unverified since it was first alleged.
Is this the thread where we get to declare things without sources? If so, I would like to declare that I am king of the universe. I have all the documents right here to prove it. Too bad you can't see them through your monitor.

If she was married before there might be questions of her ex and their relationship.
Yes to all the things people have said before and very likely they will ask you about her previous relationships-- like marriages/father(s) of her child(ren), etc. They only asked my husband one question, which was "Why did you wife get divorced?" to which he answered "That is none of your business. If you want to know, ask her." I would not recommend that answer. They then congratulated him and sent him on his way.
-
Well, they're not closer relatives to my family but i know they're two guys in USA.. thats all.. i think i will not need to mention them to the interviewer then
i don't want any other red flags.. i have enough hahaha
If they ask you, and you say no, this can be fraud and you will get denied. You have to answer honestly.
Tell me please.. will the interiewer ask the petitioner (fiancee) the same question that the interviewer will ask me??/
Why? She's not getting a visa. This is your interview.
This question may come up in the interview as Mohammed was asked this question too. He basically told him yes a brother, sister, 2 cousins and a uncle and this was not an issue it seem as the CO only responded with okay good.
Because part of what they are looking at is whether or not people are lying. He didn't lie-- which is an OK, good

I just noticed the price...wow! Wonder if they sell outfits or dresses for that or made of that material.
Why yes, they do! (Mostly safe for work)

This could save a lot of time and eyeliner...
And dye, bronzer, and flat ironing...

Wonder if role play is popular in MENA?
yes.. perhaps you need to enlighten us Juliana
That was pretty much it-- a guy thought his grandmother designed windows for LCT and it turned out she did. They then found a few.

I have super wavy hair and would love to have it straighter, but a flat iron makes my hair look dry. Can I ask, how does rebonding last a whole year....what about your roots when they grow in? My hair grows so fast, I have to touch up my color every 1.5 weeks!
My daughter has really thick straight hair (so does her bio dad) but I thought the curly hair gene dominates over the straight hair gene...guess not?
Ahmed and I were just joking the other night that our future kids will have crazy curly hair since his hair is also super wavy like mine (but he always keeps a short haircut or shaves his head).
Curly does dominate over straight, but wavy hair is a codominance of straight and curly. So in this case, your daughter got straight from you and straight from her father. Also, of course, it's more complex than a 2 gene pair, but that's the general way it works.

Oh, a must see when the babies allow me to watch uninterrupted....LOL And no, my hubby isn't from the tourist areas ha ha ha I have heard of this kind of thing over there, but only in tourist beach areas like Adana and Alanya, etc and from what I know, the men don't need to look for a woman to use, the women come to them!
That pretty much describes this video! GILFs on patrol.

Awesome !
Yes!

Well... so could a sonnet or a limerick or anything really.
There were some really good haikus in here. But I am up for whatever the poets wish to create
Please to repost as I missed it
Haikus are my favorite. I like them better than any other form of poetry!

^^^ sonnet!

Haiku is a form of poetry.
Maybe we could shift to sonnet or something to make it more challenging
I wrote a sonnet first!

Yep. I asked my dad, when I was but a poor college student, eating oatmeal for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Or maybe I just love oatmeal.
It helps when the person you're asking knows your husband. And thinks he's cool and worthwhile, trustworthy, and worth sticking your neck out for on some paperwork that makes no sense to civilians who have never delved into immigration-land.
Exactly!
tunisians journey to europe
in Middle East and North Africa
Posted
Just curious though-- what is it about Tunisians that warranted this sudden concern? Are they white enough to receive some sort of pity despite their African origin and probably affiliation to Islam?
