today we got update on website that post office could not deliver the notice, so we had to call right away thanks to God they faxed it to us.

You can also try making an INFOPASS appointment and see if they can see what happened. I know they sometimes fax RFE's and other letters if they think it was lost or something went wrong. I saw one post where the person went to ask and it turns out the letter never got printed! 

 

You can also try just going to the e-request link listed above and putting in a request right away for the letter to be resent.

thank you very much for your advise i read on other posts after 15 days received nothing then i have to call to request one, tomorrow will finish 15 days so should i wait or just call tomorrow ?

hi all i got notification on website and email that they mailed RFE on 14 august for i-130 spouse  but still have not received it yet today is 28, any advise do i have to call ? or can i request it by fax or email ? they sent first RFE never received so i had to inquiry and changed my address thats why they mailed another one on 14 august 2018 here is what website says :

well The document in question is not issued by the Police Station of the beneficiary's place of residence. Here in Morocco, the Fiche Anthropomitrique, it is issued by the General Directorate of National Security. And the Casier Judiciaire is issued by the Court of First Instance of the beneficiary's place of residence.

So i have no glue on what to do next there are the only records we have in morocco please anybody knows what we should do

its from court this one its from where you were born for example you born in rabat you have to get it from rabat or order for it online its easy and choose pick up city thats it..

we changed the address after we made inquiry about RFE we did not receive, as the mentioned on website the following

so i do not know where they resent the RFE evidence to the old or new address or we should keep eye on them both what you guys think read corefully the updates thank you for you help looking forward hearing from you.

i did say her father is cuban but his purto rican that was a misunderstanding because her mother is cuban and her familly from her mother side my wife she never have  relationship with her father my wife she was rise with her mother onley .

my question is does my wife have to explain this in a lettre ?

 

just explain everything in letter and try to collect enough evidences to prove them  did you already respond ?

give them a good email ID as they will send notices that things like RFE's are coming in the mail/ and the notice from NVC whe u get to that stage can come ny email

incha allah u will continue the process\\

BTW   they are slow and bad with case updates

thank you very much for your support thats what tier 2 said they will send notice confirmation when they mail the RFE in 2 weeks my wife she gave them her email address so all notices she will receive it, she currently residing me so hopefully inshalah we go both to united state together

This happened to me as well when I was at the uscis stage, the only difference they did not close my case yet when I called. My husband had moved and uscis had not updated the new address. They assigned an officer for processing after about a week to the case and resend the rfe with a new date. Keep checking the new website for updates so that you can see when they send it. Make sure uscis have the correct address on file.

thank you very much, they are resending new one to mailing address, he said we should have confirmation in 2 weeks so we are keeping eye on it, mail and email also we check case status everyday so we do not miss nothing...

I know you said he told you one was issued but was one mailed out?

yeah he said they mailed it out but we never received it, so they are resending another one, is there any other way i can get it by fax or email ??

I'm sorry that they have you starting back from square one but somebody in the USCIS office seemed to have dropped the ball.

yes we told him our mailing address again, its correct and he did not say what RFE was needed, they will send confirmation by email and mail in 2 weeks, when i checked status online after we finish on the phone i found this update,

hi all today we call USCIS to ask about our case why is taking too long surpriseeeeeeeee tier 2 officer told us that they closed the case because we never responded to Request of Evidence which we never received and never updated their system about Request of evidence, when we check case status online it says case was received, there is no Request of evidence on website case status i do not know why they do not update on website so we can know, we did inquiry on the phone tier 2 said we would receive in 2 weeks confirmation by email and mail, i checked case status just now i found this

our PD 5 December 2017 i-130 for spouse IR1 service center nebraska have not hear anything since then ?!!!! anyone got approved in this date
