  1. We are moving forward with the process. And to answer some of your questions. We are different religions, me the US citizen being Christian, however I have fasted with him and am very respectful of his religion as he is of mine. We do have quite a bit of an age gap so we are aware that is a red flag. I am waiting from the USCIS for the reason of denial however I am pretty sure its lack of evidence since I have only visited one time for a little over two weeks. While we wait for the reason I have another trip planned for this year. The money for the process isn't the issue, it's the time off. I work full time and have a daughter going through college. Not sure how everyone gets so much time off to visit for months at a time. Thank you everyone for your help. Me and my fiance are aware of how hard this process is, but you can't help but try to be hopeful. We will continue to love each other and get through this together, We aren't giving up.

Thank you all for your advice and help and any ideas of how everyone gets so much time off let me know :)

Yes CR1 can be denied / our 1st CR1 denied in 2011 and i had 3 trips of 1 month,  2 months (to marry) and a 3 month for Ramadan trip already

that was the CR1 i appealed and won / and i was there outside the embassy for this interview and went to the window to talk to someone just after Adil came out.   I was actually told that the packet had already gone back to the US which could not have been possible

    To the OP

This K1 had only a 2 week visit together and that is the way Casa looks at it   / as a 2 week vacation / when the customs don't allow dating it is pretty hard to get to know a person in 2 weeks/  when the religions are different ,  it is pretty hard to see and understand what that means in daily life to a Muslim

when the ages are a big difference,  there is a huge difference in types of music,  movies,  style of clothing ,  and so many other things that can interfer later in a solid relationship (so don't say age is just a number / it is a lot more)

For a successful interview These are things you will need to overcome Now for a new interview and later for a successful marriage so don't take any of the above lightly.

Adil and I have a big age gap/  we are married now 9 years/  we have worked on all these things but it has helped that i converted to islam before meeting him.  YOur gf does not have to convert but you will need to show in an  interview that she understands your religion and you understand hers.

You 2 need to get your act together (just a phrase) and do what is needed to continue this relationship.  i had 5 trips all over a month before being approved.

to avoid the dreaded ds5535 make your gf the prioity / be careful of friendships,   facebook postings,   what you watch on youtube, and who u talk to on every phone you are able to use

    again "don't take this lightly"

    Be serious

    Be faithful

and go for the marraige and hopefully fulfill a good life in the USA

    Thank you

Sounds like doubts about the relationship.  That can be remedied by only one thing....time spent together.  If you choose to marry, she might have to move to Morocco and live there for a few years.....

It could be , few years ?? I don't think so

Who?   certainly no one that posts on here or in the facebook site

one Moroccan was told he was approved and then an email to him said "fill out the form:"  (December 2018)

he was even given the "welcome to the US folder"

3 months later his case was returned to the US

another VJ member married to Moroccan woman also  December interview has their case still in AP for the form / that case still at embassy

another who posted here wanted his passport back as he wanted to travel for work and he is stuck in AP for ds5535 for over a year

many who post on the facebook page are waiting over a year

ds 5535 is not the same as asking for other additional evidence such as an original birth certificate

the form requires a long security checks of checking all travel for 15 years ,  checking all social media the beneficary has used (emails,  dating sites,  what they watch on youtube, etc) and all the phone numbers (including those of their siblings )  that they may have used to talk to other potential marriage partners (to see if the person shops for a person to assist getting out of their country)

I saw 3 cases on Facebook one get approved the others had 7 updates

  6. I have been reading comments this last few days since I pass my interview , the most of people here are really doing a great job , by helping and supporting .... It really make us feel better to have those people around you , especially after a bad news from the interview .... But some all what they are doing is just judging and saying things , and trying to say that they're case is real others are fake and they deserve better than the others ....

If you try to talk to them they will attack you more ...

your case number does not change now

    it is the CSB(for casablanca)(year)xxxxxxx

they have asked for passport and proof of relationship thru aramex,   so to your question "What do i do now?"

    Get those things to aramex

and wait for things to happen/ nothing more than do what immigration wants you to do

looks like you will be "good to go"

I am praying for that. Thank you for all your help.

@Trudywc We are awaiting his approval at this time. No idea how long that will be. For India, it could be a few days to a few weeks. So far it's been two days haha! Not sure how long 221g's are processed in Morocco. But I agree with @Hobidyali that if they asked you to drop off your passport, you're in a much better place than others.

Thank you , wishing you a good luck

They give me a paper in the window before I was called for my interview, this paper says that I should go to the website and in the bottom of the paper they give me a fill number and the kind of the visa which is cr1 not k1 , and the guy told me to go to the website as soon as I finish my interview but the co ask me if I have more evidence I said yes he said send them by aramex .

What I should do now ?
