I must renew it anyways. My concerned is, if there is a problem all my k1 process is submitted with the passport is about to expire?

Hi guys!, so anyone see a problem in the next situation? I'm the beneficiary and my current passport will be expired this next July, which I'll renew before that, but the thing is our k1 is submitted with the current one,  even our ds160 is with that one. We'll probably get an interview date after July, Mexico consulate is taking that long (4.5 months). 

So will it be a problem to bring a new one when the interview is coming? Obviously I would bring the expired too.

Both of the websites say we are approved. Apparently it happened yesterday.

No hard copy yet in our hands but we'll check the mail.

NOA 1: October 4th and we still don't get approved. Not gonna lie I am bit frustrated right now. Looking how many October fillers have been approved by now is kinda discouraging. 

Do you know if calling actually helps by any means? Also, does it matter what country the beneficiary is? because I haven't see any mexican approved...
