That was fast, it's been one week for me and still no date of oath ceremony.

Hello mister-love, it took me ages to find someone being interviewed in El Paso!

I had my interview there, today. Everything went smoothly, the officer was very nice and kind. The officer told me congratulations and that I'll receive my Oath letter by mail and it could possibly take time...

    My Case status is:

"We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review." I don't know what that means 🤔

Then, "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled."

And it also reads that I am on the list for Oath ceremony...

So, I think we'll need to wait...

What did you guys bring as evidence?

I am sure that I am running short, but if I understood correctly, I can bring more stuff to the interview...

    - Joint tax return documents for the last 3 years
    - Copy of my wife's Passport

    - House utilities paid by both of us in the last 3 months

    - Copy of our health insurance cards and plan showing a joint membership

    - Copy of different plane, train, and bus tickets with both of our names that we took in the last 3 years
    - A legal contract with my lawyer signed by both of us in which we appear as husband and wife

I am not uploading too much either.

Tax returns for the last 3 years

3 joint accounts statements per year for the last 3 years

    Insurance cards

IDs showing we have been living together

    Marriage certificate

We encountered the same thing when we were ready to submit my wife's application and we decided to wait until the transcript was available from the IRS.  If it were me I'd wait because the transcripts are proof from the IRS that you have filed your 2018 returns.  If you choose not to wait have a copy of the transcript when you go for the interview.  It appears as if the process for naturalization is a bit faster than for ROC.  We received our biometric appt. within a week of filing the N-400 online.  In the end it's whatever you feel more comfortable doing.  Best of luck to you.  GerryC

Thank you very much, GerryC327. I am going to wait, too.

But that's what I mean; some are saying you need to submit proof even if you were out of the country less than 6 months and others are saying you only have to submit proof if it was more than 6 months. To me it looks like - from the screenshot I shared from USCIS document checklist - that you only have to submit proof if you've been out of the country for 6 months or more.

I might be able to retrieve information from the I94 website after speaking to an officer but other than that I really have no proof. I can show that I finished school 5 days prior to my first trip and the stamp in my passport from when I arrived back in the US. For the second trip I can provide pay stubs, my email confirming purchase of tickets and stamp in my passport from when I arrived back in the US. But that's all I have to show...

Yes, that is what I understand, too. What I meant was that you are submitting the proof already (your transcripts because we need to submit them anyway) it does not matter if you were out less or more than six months.

I agree with xyz12345, just write your dates and submit your application. I do not think you will need something else.

And if you feel more comfortable, retrieve what you think you could need during the interview, if any (that is just an opinion, it is what I would do 😊)

How's that a completely different thing? This screenshot is in relation to the travel question on the application. I'm just making sure that I don't need to provide proof... and I know I need to mention the dates lol I've stated that of course they've been added, my question is not whether to add the information but whether I need to submit proof

I think you need to mention the dates of course, but the proof you need to submit will be your transcripts or stub payments as the checklist states.

I have read that some people are showing the I-94 record but just during the interview.

  7. Hello guys,

I am confused, too. My I-94 shows my record accurately. But I do not know what info I need to write. I came to US almost five years ago as a tourist, for just one day. Months later, I returned as a fiancee and became a resident, I just left US, by land, for a couple of hours (as a resident) so I think that is why that trip does not appear.

But, the form ask for "leaving US date and returning date" I never "left US"  I "arrived" as a tourist and then I "returned" to my country.

    Has anyone having this issue?

    Thank you!

I agree with you, but I am talking exclusively about those transferred from CSC to NEBRASKA. There are now three people, all approved EXACTLY 90 days from when it was transferred.

I feel this means on cases transferred you are not susceptible to the timings of that new office, but instead they put you in a 3 month clear out. It's too much of a coincidence that those transferred were all approved exactly 90 days after.

I hope you are right, but I am a CSC filer tranferred to Nebraska on the same date as you; however my case serie and date is before yours and I have received nothing. Last time I checked the timeline for Nebraska it said: receipt date for a case inquiry, January 25, 2017 😧

You are attributing FAR too much orderliness to the process.

Each person's file is worked on by an individual worker, and there are hundreds of such workers.

Even if it were a plan, it would be impossible for the timings to be coordinated.

I agree. I am a CSC filer, Jul 05. My case was transferred to Nebraska, too. I have received nothing and my case status has not changed. My file number is WAC17277XXXXX, before the ones who are being appoved, so if there is a timing I shold have received some news by now, I think.
