  1. If I understand your query clearly, you wanted to petition your filipina fiancee to be with you in america? Well, as the USCIS rule, you have to be in America to file for K-1 application.

I have a friend who's fiance is also outside the US right now, what they did is they file out all the necessary forms and signed and sent it to the petitioners' parents and they let them sent the application to their service center. :)

    Hope that helped. :)

  2. Yes missy. :) You can do advance medical prior to your interview. If you do not have your K Packet yet, you can simple go to USE website and print out the page where you have your schedule.. :) And if you may, go to Window F also to check if your packet is there.

Note : If you had major operations not more than 3 months or even X-RAY FILM bring all the records and present it to them .

Bring the required papers/ things such as 3pcs visa photo (write name and mnl case no.) note: 1visa pic for the 1st day & 2 visa pic for the 2nd day. appointment Letter (orginal & xerox copy), passport (note: write down your passport number because after you submited your passport, they will ask it many times), extra ID, ballpen/tissue paper, paymen of 95USD or the equivalent in peso. :)

hey gurl thanks for that! Actually Im done with my medical exam. Yeah I did early medical exam. And Yeah Im worry free now I still have more than one month to wait for my interview appointment.. im soo happy

Ohhh okay.. :D Sorry for the late reply.. Heehee.. God bless on your interview. :)

  3. PLus, can you do me a favor? The date of our NOA1 on your timeline was January 30, but twas actually January 24.. Jan 30 was the date my fiance got the hardcopy of NOA1. :)

    Thanks.

Since the basis of the timeline data is the VJ timelines and I totally overwrite the data each time.. You need to change it on here and then it will be reflected on the update... I try not to do any manual edits as I would simply not remember them all....

    Okay.. Copy that. Thanks. :)

  4. If you saw the pink (approval) slip that was attached on your files, then I believe that you were approved. But it confuses me when you said that they are still reviewing it. I'd been hearing testimonies online and when the consul says that they will still review the petition, that means you are under AR (administrative review.. a white slip) though they let you paid Delbros..

One thing I've learned is if you wanna know if you passed the interview or not is to ask the consul. B)

  6. When fiance was still in Iraq for his military duty, they were not allowed to use YM or any downloadable messenger online. So I discovered this gmail chat. Twas just a pop-up window or just a small box located in gmail window itself.. In short, we were just sneaking out that chance of chatting. Hee.. There were many times he was caught back in Iraq.. Heehee. He used to call me like twice or thrice a week to consume the 100USD worth of call card (expensive eh?).. Btw, they were not allowed to use cellphone, I believe.

When he got back to USA, he had his cellphone and laptop back so we talk via cellphone like 10times per day and exchanging 30 text messages a day too.. Whheeww! When he got his bill, hee hee, he wanted to cancel his trip to manila.. Haha.. Plus if there is a promo for empty text/call cards here in the Philippines, I could have won coz I have tons of call and text card I used for him.. We were so excited for each other.. Hee

But now, now that we both already have internet, cellphone, etc way of communicating, we often talk. I guess, we were both busy with our obligations. Besides, we'll be together soon (by faith).. And, its curiosity that kills the cat.. Hee.. He realized he loves me more now coz Im not demanding for his time.. :)

  7. Sep. 3, 2006 - Met Mylene at Asian Euro

Nov. 4, 2006 - Arrived at Manila, Philippines

    Nov. 4, 2006 - Engaged to Mylene

    Dec. 26, 2006 - I-129F Mailed to NSC

    Dec. 27, 2006 - Received at NSC

    Jan. 8, 2007 - NOA-1

    Jan. 12, 2007 - touched

    Jan. 30, 2007 - touched

    Jan. 31, 2007 - touched again .. hmmm???

Seems like you've gotten lots of "touched".. Wondering why.. Hee.. Boy, we envy you.. LOL..

  8. Okay, so I'm not fwa-guy (BTW, props to you man for the weblink). But here's the analysis I do every day :) Indeed there are 2 CSC December filers who got NOA2's today. Additionally, there's one more who doesn't track his timeline.
    • 81% (66 of 81) October CSC NOA1s have received NOA2s.
    • 84% (52 of 62) November CSC NOA1s have received NOA2s.
    • 4% (2 of 46) December CSC NOA1s haver received NOA2s.
    • 50% of CSC filers receive their NOA2 in 81 days or less.
    • 84% of CSC filers receive their NOA2 in 91 days or less.
    • 98% of CSC filers receive their NOA2 in 101 days or less.

So, take your NOA1 date and add 81 to that and you'll have a 50% confidence date.

Adding 91 days to that gives you an 84% confidence date & adding 101 gives you a 98% confidence date.

Enjoy and good luck to all.

    PPFKL

Sorry I am a January filer but this entry helps.. Hee. I got this result.. Wheeww! Got hyper.. LOL

    January 24 + 81 days = Sun, April 15, 2007

    January 24 + 91 days = Wed, April 25, 2007

    January 24 + 101 days = Sat, May 5, 2007

VJ says : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as May 8, 2007*.

    Hi dave_ehssa,

Do you have any information when you received the visa from Delbros.

My fiancee received her visa package and had instruction not to open the package when they delivered the visa? Is this correct?

When is she able to open the package?

Will the package be open during the CFO class?

How does she confirm that the information on the visa is correct?

    Please let me know,

    Best Regards,

    Eddie

Eddie, your fiancee can open the packet ONLY to get her visa and passport for CFO sticker. Just take the two out but do not open the brown envelop that has an opening (slight cut on the upper side). :)

  10. Well to tell you the truth I believe anything is possible. I have been watching the November and December members and it seems it is December members turn for NOA2's and some January members that filed in Vermont. But who knows maybe we will be a little different and share with December members. :D

Yeah, I seconded that anything is possible.. Wuhhooo!! We might never notice that the CSC is already processing the January filers.. Wuhooo!

  11. Thanks people for the prompt reply..

Someone adviced me to fill out another G-325 and send it to my fiance. Have him sign all four copies and then send it in USCIS again..Then write the receipt number on a sheet of paper and write up a short paragraph telling why you are sending it in. And they will add it to my petition. Also on the questions on the I-129 he left blank. I was thinking of doin this but is this advisable?!

    Thanks!

  12. I seconded with both of you. But for now, I got nothing to do but just let him wait for the RFE.

By the way, can he just simple fill up a new G325-A and I-129F downloadable online or he needs to wait for the RFE letter and fill up the old form he sent to USCIS.

Devillete :: We already have account on USCIS. Is there a way we can request them to send back to us the form so he can fill it up this soon?
