1. I've read from somewhere that downloadable ITR is not admissible when the beneficiary have his/her interview with the local consul coz "somewhere" said that the USE officer will ask for signed ITR from the IRS. Is that true?
2. Plus, "somewhere" also says that the petitioners' bank statement account must be signed too by a bank officer? How true? My fiance is station to different places each year coz he is an army. And he is in CO right now. He opened his bank accounts way back many years ago in Hawaii and Miami and its not possible for him to fly anytime soon to HI or MI to have that bank statement accounts! Can he just have his relatives do that for him? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance. Julie

I've read that they release medical and interview schedules every 15th of the month.

I'm afraid you did not address your message directly to your subject.. We cannot guess whom you were speaking to with just simple HI.
But I hope you can talk directly to that person so you will have someone to go with on your seminar. It would lessen your boredom for sure. God bless.
From PH too.

thanks for the boost msu17
Am I the only one that sits and ponders and says "what if I have sent the I129f, 1 week earlier" or "should have taken my passport photo a week before"
I was lazy in sending my app...now i'm paying the price. As I have come to know, everyday counts when you're waiting.
We got the same sentiments.. Hee. So no, you're not the only one who mulls about it..
My fiance and I been talking and planning to send the petition since october last year but as what you've said, we were lazy too.. If we did, maybe we're now preparing for the interview..

We got our NOA1 in January 22, 2007. My sweetie is set to come back to Manila in May.
I just hope our NOA2 will come soon, so we will still have time to prepare necessary documents before he comes here to visit.
I saw that your fiance is located in CO so my fiance is.
Can your sweetie bring my baby here too?! Hee.
Anywho, seriously, we are both January filers. I hope we'll both have a speedy and smoothy process.
God bless.

Some of the testimonies I've read online too is that they went to SLEC around 1pm and they were done at 4pm or so..
And yes, it is possible (I believe) to have an early medical, as long as you have the medical packet or if you haven't had yet, the MNL case schedule online will do.
Hope that helps..
By the way, God bless Arnold_and_Joan for the next appointment.
