WE JUST GOT OUR CASE NUMBER !!!! 

I see - thanks for the info! We have a lawyer that we’re going through but sometimes it’s nice to actually read and follow up on people’s stories that are actually going through it to see how their cases are going!

We recieved our case #!
NOA1 Oct 27th 2017
NOA2 April 27th 2018
NVC recieved May 10th
NVC case# May 15th

On the phone they said it's still 'under administrative processing" but that is b#llshit right?

NVC received our case May 15!!
Waiting on a case number. THIS IS GOING SO FAST.

NVC received my case (electronic processing) from USCIS today.

You'll get an email from NVC when your case has been assigned. If you wait for that letter, it usually doesn't come for 2-3 weeks after the case is assigned. If you need the case # earlier then you need to be on the phone to NVC.

We had our interview on May 14 at 6:40am at US Embassy Manila, the whole interview process only took less than an hr. WE WERE APPROVED!!! Consular Officer didn't ask for the Affidavit of Support and even Proof of Relationship (Photos, Chat Logs and etc). Most of the questions were about my previous jobs overseas. Interview only lasted for less than 5 minutes. Very smooth process.
 
Goodluck to everyone who are still waiting for their interview and approval. We will be together soon with our SO. 😊

Hopefully we’ll both hear by the end of this week or start of next! 🤞🏻 I’ve read it’s been averaging 3 weeks to hear from NVC then it seems to take a few days to get the case number based on some timelines I’ve been following but I’ve just been looking at UK ones.

That’s the week I’m hoping for as well since our good friends wedding is June 23rd haha!
 
Unfortunately, that’s the only thing to do .. take it day by day. I’ll admit though this whole process has definitely helped me become more patient that’s for sure!
 
Keep us posted on everything and luck!   we’ll all be reunited with our other halves so soon!

That’s good to know! Our NOA2 date is 4/27 but we were notified of the update on 4/30 so we are hoping to receive notification that they’ve received our case by the end of next week 🤞🏻
