It been over two months since we (Family of 5) had our F-3 IV interview at the US embassy in Accra. We submitted our passports and a requested document two weeks after the interview at the GSS/CGI office, DHL. Our status changed from AP to Ready and ever since, it has remained on Ready. We've sent countless emails and made phone calls to the consulate asking about when our passports will be returned but they keep telling us we should expect a text message and email alert.

How long do we have to wait again? Please anyone with experience or knowledge about our situation?

    Thanks

You need to go to DHL to fined out, it may be there already.

The Embassy / Consulate has to prepare your entry packet after the interview.  The DHL portion may only take a day or two depending on where it is going.

I got it today and discover and error about nationality. I just hope it won't take long to correct it.

If you have chat logs then that is more than enough and don't need the call logs.

I ask my wife to swear an affidavit stating our marriage is bona fide and that our marriage was, is, and continue to be viable. We have been together for 4 years now. I hope this helps?

Chat logs are communication history that you can used to prove  your relationship if you have enough.

    Thanks allot.

Yes, it is ok to interview without call logs. Quite frankly if you have to rely on call logs to make or break your interview then you have a pretty weak case. I know that sounds bad and I am sorry but call logs are given more significance than they actually are given in the interview.

Thank you. Is it advisable to state in writing why i could not go with call logs?

Way too much. No one will read any of that.

You can pick couple of pages of chat logs, few at the most.

I did not front load at USCIS nor NVCm is now time for interview stage hence i am asking for suitable numbers of chat pages for final interview at the consulate

    MyLetter1.docSerie's Letter1.doc

There are two attachments, my letter and my mom's letter (serie's letter). When opening it may only give you a URL address. Copy and paste it in your search box on the internet and it should open a word file. If it says unable to convert just keep pressing ok and it will open. Let me know if there are any issues. If so i can email to you if you give me an email address.

    Thanks allot I appreciate.

I went to my call log on my iphone!  There you will find all the calls that you have made plus face time calls.  You can even click on specific calls to get details such as length of time on phone, times, etc.  The key is to screenshot these logs and details overtime, because the iphone only keeps a record of I believe up to one-two months.  I then used editing software to put these screen shots together with captions describing what the officer was looking at!  I hope this helps!  Document everything.  Even beyond your I-129F submission!

    Thank you.
