What about "as a new filing"?
Stop resurrecting old threads.
It clearly says "Resubmit" Do you not understand?
If they wanted you to reprint and assemble a new package they would not have used the word resubmit
Stop being a dolt. Some people I tell you.

Can someone explain me, why do I have two different status updates?
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.doNo history at all. As a comparison, I can see full history about my I-485 and work permit, but nothing more than just CASE RECEIVED for I-785.
This is fairly common. In many cases, https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ does not update properly. It is a known glitch with the USCIS system.

The green paper says: "You may resubmit your benefit request as a new filing if you are able to correct the issue that caused the rejection.".
The I-797C paper says: "Please resubmit the application/petition package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page.".
So I'm wondering if "resubmit" means send back the original paperwork, or print a new one again.
Resubmit means just that - send back the original paperwork. No need to reprint anything.

Just attached a check of correct amount. Write a simple note on a new piece of paper explaining this and return the whole packet as as-is. Do not undo the package as assembled.

Hi guys!
My case status just changed to “New card is being produced.” My case is in Texas, case number starts with SRC. Here is my timeline:
1/15/20 - i-751 package delivered to TX
1/21/20 - text notification receipt #SRC2090133xxx
1/25/20 - NOA received
2/25/20 - Biometrics appointment
5/29/20 - Case status update to “New card being produced.”
Congrats, that is superfast. Hope everyone gets their approval soon. Did you see your case transferred to local office status update at my.uscis.gov?

I looked on N-400 forums. Naturalization interviews are scheduled July 5th and after. Oath ceremonies are scheduled June 4th and after. i did not see any AoS interviews scheduled yet. But I did not look in depth.
So hopefully, we may have 5 more weeks of RoC approvals.

I saw it through my uscis, which updates 12 May to the transfer to local office. The egov site shows it was updated on 12 May but it still shows fingerprints were taken.
Wow! This is the first time I am hearing of such a thing. Thank you for letting us know.

Well, I don't think interviews will start before at least June 22nd, they need time to mail paper notices, if they start that on Monday 1st, at least 3-4weeks need to pass before interviews
I agree. I hope so. Most likely interviews will start after independence day. Till then, naturalization ceremonies and biometrics are likely.

Approval gravy train may come to an end soon. USCIS offices are opening June 4 for most activities. https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-preparing-resume-public-services-june-4
In addition there is a 7 hour tool outage on Sat May 30 starting at 11 pm. https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/tools-outage
This is unusual as typical ones are just 3 hours.
Most likely to issue case status updates on interviews scheduled, biometric notices etc. enmass for all the backlog accumulated.

Hello March Filers!
I got an update in my case that 'New Card Is Being Produced' which I assume means I751 is approved and new card will be sent.
Just want to share the good news and seems it was really fast to get this approval in just about 2 months. Anyone else got approved recently?
Congrats! Can you please share your receipt number without the last three digits?

As of May 20, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751
That's the exact wording
Thank you for confirming. Sent you a PM.

And just like that, my status changed to "Interview ready to be scheduled"... bit of a bummer, I expected "approved", but oh well. Wonder how long this is going to take from now on?
What is the exact wording? The following means you are in-line for an interview to be scheduled. It has not yet been scheduled.
"We are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, for an interview"
Depending on your local office, it may be scheduled in few days to few months. But COVID closures have put everything into disarray. It is hard to know when things may smooth out.

Were those for i-751?
Yes, I am checking only I-751 cases.

There are over 30+ approvals for Jan 2020 filers with receipt numbers between SRC2090135xxx and SRC2090136xxx
So nice for these folks!

I having been tracking these anomalous, out-of-order approvals for case filed from July 2019 through Jan 2020 with receipts numbers starting with SRC that have been happening since start of May 2020.
Mid/End of July 2019 (SRC1990466xxx onwards) to End of Sept 2019 (SRC1990569xxx) there are approx 6000 I-751 RoC cases. About 35% have been approved. There have been so many approvals that I have not been able to keep up. So in reality more may have been approved. Also a bunch of them have "ready for interview" status. So there is a good chance that about 40% of those cases have been "processed" in some way.
Start of Oct (SRC209000xxx onwards) to Mid Jan 2020 (SRC2090147xxx) there are approx 7000 RoC cases. About 15% have been approved. There is a large chunk in November 2019 - about middle two or three weeks that has just "case received" status and no other updates - so unusual. So there is a good chance that about 17.5% to 20% have been "processed" in some way.
Again this is a macro-overview of what is happening. There is no relation to what may happen with your own individual case.
Overall, for people who are filing now or have since Feb 2020 with receipt number starting with SRC, there is a possibility that their processing may reduce by 2 months or so. Nothing earth shattering, but we will take what we can get.

Is the case tracker app accurate? I just got a notification that my card is being produced but when I check my uscis account it still stuck in the biometrics. My case is at Vermont service center and my PD is June 10 2019. My category is cr6 and I had AOS interview in 2017.
Congrats. It is probably right. case tracker app lists status at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
my.uscis.gov - this sometimes never updates after case is received. What is your receipt number without the last three digits?
