I expedited March 22 got approved 25 case sent April 9 appointment scheduled on April 27  for may 29 but they rescheduled for may 9 I'm so happy

It’s so hard to see the days pass by and nothing. I haven’t seen any approvals so far this week. We’ve heard nothing from Nebraska. You call USCIS and it’s not use , they keep telling you the same thing over and over. They won’t tell you any new information. We’re not trying to be annoying , it’s our family the ones we want to have here with us as soon as possible. It’s very upsetting. 😭

Your totally right I remember calling them in the past and they would tell me I had to wait 12 to 15 months for an approval!! 

Update: Our RFE came in yesterday's mail. It said the marriage certificate we submitted was not signed. (when I checked my copy of the packet, it most definitely is, and also signed and stamped by the county clerk numerous times) I made another copy of that anyway,  as well as submitted an original of one of the certified copies I had ordered from the county. 
It went back out via USPS overnight yesterday. The USPS tracking says it was delivered an hour ago. So now we just wait, some more I guess. I am just so happy that it is finally moving along, and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, which for once does not look like an oncoming train.

Hey guys!! A new week has started! Well will start tommrow! Hope the best for all! Hopefully we hear something from them this week. 

My husband filed petition for my daughter last march 2,2018 she got approved on our 2nd wedding anniversary last oct 4 and then just tonight the NVC email me the next steps and the case number. You are the next guys. Keep fingers cross! I cant wait to bring my daughter here in America. 

VJ timeline is pretty much based on statistics it gets accurate as you get closer to your monthly approval because people are your date starts to get approve.
USCIS does not approve on weekends, they don't work on weekend and holidays. Hate to break it to you but its fact.

Whelp, they definitely are in the March pile at Nebraska!  Last night at 10pm EST, I received a text from the USCIS, and a notification on the app that there had been a change to our case. (email oddly did not arrive until this morning) Logged in and it was an RFE. So now to just wait for the mail to find out what it is they could want. Not what I was hoping, but at least SOMETHING is finally happening!!

I have seen approvals on Saturdays.... and Vj estimate is random... I know people that are already past due.... I strongly believe that they still working of the first week of March, since most of the 13 approvals here on VJ are from that range, the ones that were approved after the 15, I guess it has to do with the beneficiary country or just got lucky with the person assigned to that case.  I am just guessing over here,  remember there are just a few of us here at Vj, there are hundreds of people waiting that are not part of this community forum. 

January 12, 2018 Filer and still waiting.   I filed an inquiry because my case went beyond normal processing times.  The response I got was an apology and said additional reviews needed to be done.
 
Initially, 4 months back our attorney said the first step was running about 7 months, the secondary step 5-7 months, so we got our hopes up that my husband would be with me no later than 14 months, so I ran out and got us a beautiful 2 bedroom apt which it appears I will be spending the lease mostly alone.
 
Now my attorney said it looks like 18 months.   Not having any answers as too why or how much longer is a killer.  They say because he was raised in the Muslim Faith this causes delays.  Palestine is not a country on Trump's Ban list.  SO I DON'T KNOW WHY OR WHAT IS GOING ON.

You can but unfortunately they aren’t going to tell you more than what’s posted on the USCIS website. You can ask to speak with a supervisor but that still does not give you any real insight on the status of your application 

Hang in there all. I know we are all tired of seeing the “ case was received “ update on the USCIS website. It has to be soon for us. For March Nebraska I can only imagine that our applications are at the top of the pile ready for that final review/ stamp of approval. 
The end HAS to be near, days at most!!

Soooo I went out to my mail box today and what did I find?!!....nothing. Absolutely nothing 😂😂😂
