Thank you! My fiancé went for medical today. He drove there. Arrived at 8:45, they open at 9, he went in filled out paper, paid fee, and did exam and was out by 10:30, and was told to pick up results Thursday inshaAllah. Interview is Tuesday Oct 2🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Alhamdulilah , my status changed to ISSUED also.Now waiting for the call to pick up the Passport.

@Ahmed&Freda is there a shuttle to the medical center or can you just drive to the building? 

To my understanding fasting is not required. Have you heard anything about being required to use a shuttle service for the medical exam as well? My fiancé medical is tomorrow inshaAllah and he “heard” he will be using shuttle service to go there. 

@Baz20 so I have been reading thru other posts from previous interviews etc...have you scheduled your interview and do you have the affidavit of support together etc???? 
 
I mailed all documents to my fiancé on Monday 9/17 and it’s just now leaving Chicago praying it gets to Pakistan before interview inshaAllah 
 
anyway thought I would give you a heads up I seen people with k1 that interviewed and filed i134 like we are supposed to and they were given 221g at interview to submit i864 affidavit of support which is meant for spouse visa. 
 
Also apparently Islamabad is wanting tax transcripts. I had 2015 tax transcript and w2, but I have the actual tax return and w2 for 2017, 2016....we shall see....oh and police certificate even though it says no everyone recommends to get it. Rather have too much support evidence than not.

We did not receive a packet we went with the NVC email and the status of Ready and of course with experience from others here. Our medical is scheduled next week and interview the week after inshaAllah

January 4th NOA1 here, after 257 long days, my fiancee finally had her interview in Rio, and we were approved! 

@Baz20 we are also K1 and there is no option for credit card. My fiancé had to take the DS160 confirmation payment page along with his passport to the Allied Bank and pay before we could schedule interview. We paid yesterday and it was ready to schedule interview today at 11am. Good luck in your journey! InshaAllah everything will go great for all of us 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I wasn’t going to post until we got the letter but fiancé rang today and they told him they mailed out the RFE on the 14th September! 😁
 
 

UPDATE I just went in CEAC website to take a picture of our “In Transit” because I forgot yesterday and today it says READY!!!!!! 
 
What???what?????what????? Soooooo I am “assuming” then that Islamabad is electronic and not dhl since it said in transit on 9/13 and today is 9/15

This was much quicker than the 215 days for 129F approval! 😂 

Just received an email from NVC dated Sept 13,2018 that our case is in transit to the consulate......WOW REALLY????????? 
 
Someone pinch me now. @Greenbaum can this for real be true maybe just maybe mine might say ready soon???? But what does ready really mean if I can schedule medical interview and everything??

Just got our case number.  NOA 2 August 26. Thank you God
