Not on VJ but I was told to extend the noa2 date, just send an email to the consulate stating the reason for the extension request, if you are still petitioning for your fiance, case number. I was told really its just a formality, people extend all the time coz.. Life happens. No stress. It should be easy

My fiancee's medical will not be complete until mid Aug pending a sputum test result. The approval notice is valid till Aug 10th. Not sure how to proceed. Advice, anyone. Nairobi consulate

Atti didn’t get the visa, He was missing 3 documents the consul said. Police certificate needed to be a particular one specifically for immigrants , which I had told him to get cause I had read that on VJ forum and he still got the the wrong one. Same thing for military record.  We also need to apply for a I-601 and an I-212 each $930. So sorry about the set back. Had he been deported? I fail to understand why they need more documentation. I pray you find a solution and a fix soon. Cyber hugs

Check under your country's forum and see what the procedure is for interviews

Question. Does the affidavit of support need to be submitted before the interview or taken as part of the documents to the interview? Also online my case says ready. Can my fiance go ahead and schedule for an interview? 

NVC received by email today. 3.5 weeks after the approval notice. That was quick makes me assume they are getting all of us Junies caught up

Is it possible to have the letter from the police department and court notarized? If so, do, then swear an affidavit of what happened and state it was expunged from records thus not traceable.

The only thing they needed from me was proof of my citizenship. 

There are literally no words to describe the hopelessness I feel now.

Today was day 59 for me. Will start making enquires tomorrow. Don't give up, its not over till its over.
