They are unsure if the relationship is bona fide. They want you to send more evidence of a relationship.

What did you submit with the I-129F? What did you show at the interview?

Do you have any red flags (difference of religion, large age gap, anything else out of the norm for your culture)?

I give them all ans but they ask me invitation card and guste list that I didn’t have and co didn’t ask any document even I try to show but he just say submit with 221g

and I don’t think any red flags becouse

my fiance and my age difference only 2 year gap and religious is same plus culture is same only surname is different

  2. Hi can anyone help me please

I didn’t work properly for almost 2 yrs because of nursing school so I don’t have w2 forms and income tax returns showed no income.
So affidavit of support form I-134 contains my recent full time employment with salary details.
So I decided to include my parents for sponsorship along with mine.
So do I fill out 2 different forms of I-134 (one for my father and one for my mother) and attach their w2 with it along with my I-134 and employment details and explanation of why I wasn’t able to get W2?
Or do I need to file some other type of forms for sponsorship from my parents?

If you wish to have your immigrant/fiancée visa file transferred from one Embassy to another U.S. Embassy/Consulate, please contact the appropriate U.S. Embassy/Consulate directly in the country where you wish to apply and follow their instructions for case transfer. Please click here for the full list of all U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas.

The old Embassy will need to receive a formal file transfer request from that U.S. Embassy/Consulate in the country where you wish to apply. Upon receipt of this request, they will immediately forward the file for the New Embassy to process.

Once you contact your New Embassy you then can discuss the transfer of your fee. Be sure to have your payment receipt available.

Is that possible that change the case number because it just 3 hr they generate case number or I have to wait for transfer from London

Everything after approval for the "NOA2" is predicated on the case number. Once you have the case number you can start moving your case forward because now you are in charge of when items are completed for the interview. Every Embassy is different and asking questions is much more beneficial if you go to the sub-forum for your country located here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/149-india/ You'll find experts there that can help you.

Your packet 3 letter, Embassy instructions, is located here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xukUjdqnKM7yqrkqfPfl8tCao_BY2XsC/view

    Additional information is here: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=India&cty=Mumbai

Now you should have enough information to be not confused. Read, Read and Read some more. You have to start doing the research work and rely more on the information in the links and less on the folks here in this thread who are processing visa's from Germany, Spain, Japan and Togo to name a few. The ppl here have great intentions but may not know the answer to all your questions no fault of theirs.

me and my fiancé try everything but still not get help ,, still no ans from nvc :(

Nothing to worry about if you think your not approved. It's taking so much more time now. When we went through it was 4 months at USCIS and 5 days at NVC. How times have changed.

Shoot off an email to the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS/NVC in an attempt to resolve problems.

I have got my approval and I got hard copy of approval in my hand

it about nvc it been 6 week still them statement is that they didn’t have reicve my file from uscis and us is giving statement that they already sent my file on 97/05/2018
