I called everyday since monday 🤔 they havent received it i guess. Im going to call again after 6 hopefully they received it. They just keep telling me it can take 6 weeks to receive.

Still waiting for # from nvc tomorrow makes 14 days hopefully hear something soon.

and also  ds-160 form itself is non-immigrant. You can’t do immigrant visa with that form.

Thank you i did it a long time ago just wanted to make sure i did the right thing.

For the ds160 are we supposed to do the non immigrant visa or immigrant visa

They approved my rfe exactly 30 days

Its very hard but good things come with time. I just had our baby yesterday can you imagine how difficult it is to video chat while having a baby. Just remember it could be worse at least we got rfe some people have nothing

I had an RFE issued 4/27, USISC received the information 5/7 and we still have not received anything  two weeks from today they received the information, hoping with the next 2 weeks, I've heard there is a "trend" of 2-3 weeks after received so we will see!

They received my rfe reply on may 1st still nothing. Issued april 24th. 

17 Days since they received my rfe. Waiting waiting waiting 224 days total

USCIS received my RFE on may 1st i forgot to put my passport photo in the package. Im hopinv this week we can get our approval.

I got an rfe on april 24th and they received my reply on may1st so just waiting for approval. Hopefully yours will come soon.

Has anyone filled out there DS-160 before getting approval notice, or do you need to wait for something from the approval or NVC?

No no email, and not on any of the trackers i have, not on new website. The old website has me locked out for the day from scanning too much lol maybe it will update by tomorrow
