I have the same issue. I already submitted affidavit of support with my application and his previous year tax return. It says in the interview letter to bring affidavit of support if not submitted which I already did submit. I’m gonna get his tax returns with me ( most recent one we filed seperatly) but I won’t show it  unless asked for it . 

Does any body have their interview scheduled for this week?

Mine took 7 days too. The officer said she could not approve it right away, but that she didn't see a reason not to approve it. The next day my online status changed to approved. I received my card exactly 1 week after my interview.

Pls for those who got notified on the Uscis website as regards their AOS interview being scheduled.. How long did it take to the get the interview letter from the date your status changed to interview/we sent your interview letter? 

My status didn’t change prior to them sending the letter. I got the letter for interview First then 2 days after I received the letter my status online changed to scheduled for interview. Ead and 130 still say case received. Hope this helps

Hi guys!

I have a question and i hope somebody knows how to answer. We have got the interview scheduled in two weeks from tomorrow. I am trying to gather all the documents and for poof of relationship we have a joint bank account, car insurance, and 401k together as beneficiary. is this good enough?

We live with the in laws ( free of charge lol ) for the moment being hence we dont have a lease with our names or no utility bills since they are the ones who pay it, and its in their names. 

How can we document the living situation? like can in laws write a letter to say we live with them would that be acceptable?

So happy that a lot of January filers are getting their interview letters as well. That "user-defined error" is more of a blessing tbh. Everyone who got the error got their interview sched soon after. Good luck, everyone!

For 485 my status changed to interview scheduled. For i765 and 131 it still says case received

I am at day 91 today put a SR 2 weeks ago havent heard anything at all.

I dont know with certainty, but by doing research and looking at other forums ive seen if its a smooth process and nothing else is needed is approximately 10-15 days after the interview.

I got this email this morning and i have no clue what it means. 

On Monday i received my interview date, but nothing about EAD.

I thought maybe this means they are working on EAD lol

The weird thing is it said march 15 and my case tracker showed something happened with my case on March 15 too... that it was touched but no wording changed. Odd.
