Yes and no. It's up to the agent at the border. Some people get to continue their visits the entire time the k1 is in process, and others don't get so lucky. Now you have a very good reason to stay in the US and not go back (your fiance), at least that's how some of them see it. But once your K1 is approved and issued your B2 will be cancelled. Until then, you never know. Just make sure you constantly have proof of strong ties to your home country.
May I ask why your interview took three months to be scheduled? That doesn't appear to be the norm and seems a bit long.

I made the dumbest mistake ever and my petition was rejected. I checked and checked everything and did not realize I wrote my check out for $530 instead of $535!! I was so mad, but the crazy part, they spent $5 to mail all my documents back to me....
Wrote a new check and sent the package back out and the post office confirmed it was delivered today so I am thinking I am still a February filer yea?

Hello new friends!
So excited to have found this forum! Nobody else understands what I'm going through during the process so I'm very happy to meet you all. My name is Jacqueline and I met my fiancé, Osmany, in Cuba earlier this year at a friend's wedding. Went back a couple months ago to make sure that love at first sight is a thing...I'm here to tell you it is! He proposed on the beach in Guanabo on July 4th.
My timeline so far:
Aug 11: shipped paperwork via UPS to Texas
Aug 15: received notification it was delivered
Aug 18: received email and text message from USCIS with receipt number
Aug 25: received NOA1 in the mail (woohoo!)
So now I wait for the NOA2...keeping myself as busy as possible. Anyone else have a fiancé in Cuba? Praying that this process is swift and smooth for everyone! And I'd be down for an Atlanta meet up...saw the Atlanta Fish Market in an earlier thread...yum!!
Any updates?? I'm in Atlanta also, but just filed and trying to get a sent of the current timeframes.
