K-1s are not exempt from the EO banning travel to the US if you have been in certain countries within the past 14 days.

K-1s are assumed exempt for the EO covering the immigrant visa ban. I have seen emergency ones issued while the consulates have suspended visa services, but can't confirm normal ones as no normal visas are being issued anywhere right now.

OP is in PH, so the EO in the first sentence does not apply unless they transit through an impacted country.

Dont understand what ur saying her visa was issued before all this....

We are looking at sweeper flights just prefer the darn airport ope...

Honestly not sure how your comment has anything to do with my situation...

Sweeper, specifically repatriation, flights in this case are not good indications that the airport will reopen. These flights are run because there is no change in the situation or it is not projected to get better. If the airport and international travel was going to restart then there is no need to run the charter flights.

Like i was saying tho after the 26th theirs no more sweeper flights

Hello guys are y’all doing? I got a question if I got a paycheck + affidavit of support + 3 tax returns ( co sponsor) and 2 from my fiancé. Y’all think is a enough as a proof a support?

U should make your own post but.... It depends how many people are u supporting when u file ur taxes? Any kids or family? Or will it just be yourself? If it's just you and ur fiance.... And you are doing k1 u need to make $16,xxx at 100% above poverty level and for adjustment of status then u need 125% for 2 people it's $21,137... For each family member u support beyond you two I believe it's around $4k more additional to the $21k....

The Philippines will accept a co-sponsor. Co-sponsor must submit the same as the petitioner. And I-134 and supporting documents. If your employee letter of employment can substantiate your current income and if it meets or exceeds the poverty level for your family then you do not need a co-sponsor and you will be fine at the interview. The Philippines on a rare occasion will ask for financials. Most go through the interview and not asked. BUT, be prepared if they do ask. I think you will be find with the documents I listed in my above post.

Your profile could use some housekeeping. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

    Thanks

Ok thank u i will once I'm done with work

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form 1-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form 1-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, value of properties, etc.). You may download the 1-134 affidavit at: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Alright, so my fiance is in Philippines and they do not accept co-sponcer or joint sponcers for the k1.... But we are considering having my father co sponcer just in case ... But only needed is 16k to get her here on the k1 I made 18k in 2018 and this year I'll be around 20-$21k and I need $21,137 to sponcer her my self for the adjustment of status... If I'm short my father will co sponcer on the AOS... But not sure if I should have him co sponcer the k1 part..

I currently make just over $26,000 if u do the math of my hourly wage plus 40 hours a week and 52 weeks in the year.... But this year I'll only make around 21k

Future income cannot be used to support you now. Neither can past income. They will care about current income first. At the time you present the I-134, it needs to show the petitioner's current income...that is how much they are earning at that time. The past income may be considered for the public charge piece as well, but current income is what is required. Multiply jobs is not a negative.

I work as an independent and at times I have 2-3 companies that I work for. Some short term, which are replaced, and others are long term. Never made a difference with the CO.

Oh ok that's good to here so how do they determine my current income? Take my hourly pay and at it to 52 weeks a year? Orr???

I still have to produce my tax transcripts etc... Where did u get that information anyways?
