    Please check the new USCIS web and sign up if you haven't done. My case number was not working in the old web.Then, after I created an account a few weeks ago  in the new web I was able to see that the case was received. I woke up this morning with this great news that an action was taken in the case, I sign in and it was finally approved.

    Hello Everyone,

    IR-5 (Texas Service Centre),

    USC filling for Alien Parents,

    I am very happy to say that my mother's petition was approved on 14th May 2018.

    Mother- (1) NOA1 - 27th November 2018 (2) NOA2 - 14th May 2018.

    Father- (1) NOA1 - 28th November 2018 And Waiting for approval...

    I pray to god that you will get your good news very soon.

     

    No any notification.

    Only new website shows...

    Yes! So nice to read your post. My husband has the same category IR5 same office and PD 11/24/17.  His son is doing the petition for him. I am very happy that you got your approval.

    In our experience... in the old version of USCIS our case  still invalid and in the new one we are able to see our petition as received. The only issue is our new PD is 4 days of difference from the original date. The current PD is our original notice date of NOA 1. 

    I GOT MY IMMIGRANT VISA BUT MY HUSBAND IS STATIONED IN GERMANY AND HE CAN'T GO WITH ME TO UNITED STATES. WHAT CAN I DO?

    You are totally right! If  she has the interview in June then she will have 6 months to travel probably until December. She should worry first to get her interview approve.

    I have been comment with Saida, that she has PD 10/30/17 Nebraska and was approved on May 3rd. Her case is on the way to NVC and waiting for her case # and  the welcome letter. My PD is 11/24/17 in Texas and also I cannot wait to be approve too. We all are waiting for November approvals all this wait is killing me ....
