Call 800-375-5283
The first time I tried to get a live agent by saying "Technical assistance"... That didn't work. On the next call, I said "stamp". The system asked me a few questions then it connected me to a live agent.

Received biometric waiver letter today. TX service center and originally a K1 visa entry. I have updated the google sheets.
Submitted to USCIS - July 22nd
Extension letter received - August 2nd
Bio waiver dated August 11th received August 16th. No update on the USCIS website though.

My USPS informed delivery showed today a mail from USCIS and I can read through the window on the front, that they were able to reuse my old fingerprint. My case is SRC.
