I'm so excited to announce that the USCIS has approved my i129f application and sent to the NVC according to the letter I received in the mail so I wanted thank you guys for all your help when it comes to receive all your answers to my questions in this forum, so as far I understand my fiance will be receiving a letter from the NVC to let us know about the the date of the appointment to go to the American consulate in her country
 
Is there anything I need to do while waiting to hear from the NVC, I know there is a medical exam that my fiance needs get done, is this something we do before the appointment to the American consulate or is this something we do the same day of the appointment?

I would also emphasize what had been said before that if you are going to include copies of conversations, focus on quality, rather than quantity. Hundreds of pages of “I love you”, “you’re so beautiful” and heart emojis are useless. Focus on meaningful conversations that demonstrate you are planning along-term future together. My husband and I sent conversations with our I-130 and they were where we discussed such things as where to spend thanksgiving, what to buy my mother for her birthday, my sister’s pregnancy, what color curtains to purchase for the living room, work, money, mutual friends, family members, health concerns, the type of stuff that regular couples talk about on a day-to-day basis. 

To add to the good replies above:  the consulate cannot refuse a visa by denying the existence of evidence that they know USCIS has seen.
 
For this reason, if you'll be dealing with a tough consulate (you have no timeline and don't specify your beneficiary's country), English translations of supplemental "front-loaded" evidence (evidence of a bona fide relationship, submitted for USCIS to pass on to the consulate) can be helpful.
 
If you decide to front-load your petition with material beyond that which satisfies USCIS's requirements, carefully select samples of correspondence, etc. that would best convince a skeptical stranger (the consular officer) that your relationship is bona fide, and include those with their translations.  Bedbug language for "certification of translation" is available on this site.
 
Include nothing in which you playfully refer to yourselves as "hubby/wifey" or suggest in the slightest that you're married.
 
It's accurate that a Notary Public authenticates signatures, not documents, and no notarization is necessary.
 
The above might sound complex and difficult, but it's really not.
