Yesterday I noticed the CEAC website says READY, from my understanding we just have to wait for an email from the Consulate in Guayaquil Ecuador to reach out with information that is required and to set an interview date.
In the meantime I am gathering documents as required by me (the petitioner). I started filling out the I134 with my information. It is asking for amount in bank and savings, also it asks "I have mortgages or other debts amounting to". Does that include credit card debts? or it is just about mortgages? it is under the real estate information section.
I just need clarification on the whole Income and Asset Information and Real Estate Information section. I did recently make a home purchase but it is under Mortgage, I technically still don't own it.
Please clarify.
I am also Active Duty Army, for employment verification - will I need my commander to sign a letter? or will my orders/contract/Pay Stubs suffice?

Yep definitely have citizenship proof.
however having an a-number does not mean you're not a citizen and uscis wouldn't approve if you're not a citizen so overall no worries
😵😱 i didnt know they dont approve if you not a US Citizen. OK. So this makes me feel better.

Well I have no real info on this.
they probably just put and updated all the info they have on you. But as you're approved I don't see any reason to be worried over it.
@Naes ok thank you. I will just wait until the interview date if they ask for citizenship proof I have everything required.
Thanks again! We are super excited. Too bad she has to wait to experience real winter!

WE GOT APPROVED.. but it is not reflecting on the website as approved.
Question!
So the notice I receive reflects my A number from when i was younger. I have been a US Citizen since about 2000 2001. On the 129F I used my SSN. Is this something I should worry about or just let it flow until the interview date. I do have my certificate of citizenship I recently received last month.
Thank you for your advice.

Hi RCedano!
They're still technically processing July cases, even if they've moved that timer up to August. Hopefully you'll get your NOA2 soon!
Thank you @Jaquelly ... wishing for the best for everyone. Maintain a positive attitude and sending positive vibes.

Hey everyone. I have been a lurker reading everyone posts, comments, and advices. Congratulations for those who have received their approval and moving on to the next step.
My application was received 31 July, we are still waiting. I am not sure why such a long wait but we hanging on there. My fiance and I are draining every bit of patience to keep cool and drive on. I called and they just forwarded my inquiry and will respond 15 to 45 days. All a waiting game!

Anyone could help!
I am the petitioner, US Citizen and Active Army soldier. My fiancé currently lives in Ecuador (for shortly over a year now) holds Ecuadorian naturalization and citizenship. But she was born in Venezuela.
Late July I submitted the K1 visa packet along with copies of both her birth certificates, background checks, and letters of single. All the documents from Ecuador were stamped and legalized, but due to the issues and processing times in Venezuela - it has become a true headache to get the documents legalized.
My question is, when they send the letter with documents that are necessary, would she need original/legalized Venezuelan documents? i.e. Venezuelan birth certificate, if she has one from Ecuador?
Thank you!

My fiancé is in Ecuador. She went to El Ministerio del Interior del Ecuador. A lot of Latin American countries have the same process. She did hers online and went in person for the apostille.
