No one, not even a business (RapidVisa is not a company that can guarantee to speed up your process, they are charging you for voodoo dust) can speed the processing up nor do they have control over the processing time. We (USC) are dealing with a problem of immigration that frankly has to be fixed and now is better than later. Hence, more scrutiny has added to the process. This is a game of who has more patience you or them. The sooner you relax the better your life during this process will be. Just saying from years of helping folks attain their visas. 

Finally got our passports with visas, going to flight to my fiancé on 11th, wedding on 15th!!

I think all K1s get expedited ☺️ At least that’s what they told @Swissmiss82. It’s because the validity of the NOA2 is so short (4 months). They still take different amounts of time for different cases of course, and why that is, I have no clue. 

I was praying after approval I wouldn't have to wait a long time but it appears the wait continues so discouraging 

@KAF I just called and was told by Kendall that our case was received today no idea what happened between today and Friday but makes me feel better than the panic I went through yesterday!

Woke up to the best news ever!!! We were approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!

I know my case is complex  but I’m open about it all. I think I’m going to have to submit my criminal background (I’m sure they want this). No biggie. I think they are also going to want more info on past filings. No biggie. Just want to see what they are requesting so that I can just get this over with. Looks like I’ll just take a trip to Morocco near the 20th of this month to pass some time. 
 
At at least they touched my case. I was beginning to feel like they lost it somewhere. 

I agree incredibly frustrating and honestly it has me on edge thinking the worst because it doesn’t just go from received to all of a sudden not 🙄

Okaaaay. Just spoke to another rep and still “not received “. Now that’s frustrating. I will try to call tomorrow. Doesn’t matter if they were backlogged coz it should’ve been on there system when it was seen by a rep last friday.

i can definitely relate there! I think this process takes its toll on everyone which is unfortunate but the end result will be worth it!
 
I wish I could’ve done that honestly, 7 months without seeing each other is not nice lol but that’s awesome you guys can do that

We have the same dates. Per uscis it was 3/21, but copy says 3/20. And I called last friday and told me they received it. So i called today hoping they can give me number but nada.

Haven't posted much recent, but I hope everyone had a good Easter!

My little update: We haven't attempted to call NVC yet, but we will be soon. We're not too worried about it just yet? 
My main focus is making sure I have all the documents gathered and prepared, whilst my partner sorts out the NVC stuff. So... we're getting there!

I had a website saved about the steps after receiving your noa2, but I lost it..  does someone have one? I‘m confused about how they send the package to me and how I need to pay etc

i started calling last monday to weds the nvc kept saying no we havent received your case, i was out in bacolod for a night that is whole thursday and when i called last friday evening (phil time) the girl said i had the mnl case number..i dont know how that happened, hehehehe but total 8 working days..try calling on monday i used the non immigrant line faster no waiting time after one min someone will answer..hehehehe

Then I recommend that you not call for a couple of days (I recommend waiting about 10 business days, including holidays) and call again. This going to be a journey of patience. The one who has the most patience is the one who will enjoy the journey. Just saying. 

Thank you so much. I was just looking over the berries journey from  the very first post and its honestly amazing how absolute strangers go through this process together. I saw joy, excitement, fear, stress, arguing, and many more emotions. This page is truly truly amazing and we should definitely consider having some type of convention for everyone in the future. We got approved today! 186 days! I received the notice from the new app as well as an email. Our filing date was September 27, 2017. Thank you so much for everyone's helpful posts over the past several months and good luck to everyone waiting. I really could not have made it through the process without this site. I've mostly been a lurker but it helped immensely! And of course thank you @Naes your constant reassurances and posts, you have made the process bearable! Onto the next NVC listing and then embassy!  Here's to everyone's wedding this summer!

well, i was out to lunch with his mom and he went to the opening day met's game haha. so we weren't together together but i saw him a few hours later!

ohhh wow yeah thats crazy! i'm glad he managed to get it all done and translate it though! so much excitement coming your way! eeeee.

APPROVED today after 210 days!!!!!!!!!! I am SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!! I've been so stressed this week over this whole process [I even broke out and got a really terrible stress rash] but YAAAAAAY!!! Happy for all! And my fingers are crossed for all waiting!
