How people know that is incorrect,what if is correct, I was reading few days ago that California center was not doing K-1 in August because Haiti humanitarian  program,maybe they r doing few months in same time now

Seriously, stalking this USCIS will definitely give me migraines. My Fiance (USC) isn't much concerned as he believes that we are alright and we will be together soon, while I want the togetherness to happen immediately (oooh)! He has a far away Patience limit, which I need and must to borrow as long this process is concerned!

I agree with @Kat123. Idk what's right or wrong because they don't update us properly. No one knows unless they work there or for a high enough level in the government and has an actual interest in this. I follow the April & May threads very closely (I lurk a lot lol) & I've seen just a few minutes ago someone was approved since Nov 6th and you know how she found out? She had to call and go back forth with them til she they told her and their excuse was that the tracker wasn't updated. I don't know their process for updating their tracking, as a matter of fact I don't know anything about their side of the process. All I can do is make speculations and give myself and other hope because at the end of the day even if the process takes longer than we want it to, it's hope that helps us pass the time until we can be together permanently with our significant other

You have to call and call them and just call them!!! According to my lawyer the website updates when the slowest case worker finishes a certain pile for the month. I am also surprised by this but I am ecstatic. I've heard of cases of people getting noa2 in just two months. Maybe it could be us fellow October-eans

I just wish there were more updates or something because the CA dates look right but the fact that they jumped from April to September on the website seems like a typo or something BUT let's hope it's accurate for K1

We got  NOA-1 on October 13th,we r very exited and nervous  

They have part where they asking if someone was helping him to fill a form that i think you will need to sign,i would just let him rewrite everything by himself it is less complicated
