I am yet to receive my Scial security card after instructing USCIS to send it to me during Ead filing. I have received my ead card. Did anybody wait to get the card ? Or did it come with the ead card ?

August 22 i485 update case is ready to schedule interview

Sept 07 card was mailed 

Sept 10 post off picked up card and they sent tracking number

Sept 12 card in hand ... wishing everyone all the best

How long did ut take you to get the ssn card?

Does anybody know whether i have to sign to take delivery of my EAD from USPS? Or do they leave it in the mail ?

Did you get the tracking number in the email? I didn’t get any text or tracking number, just a change of status on uscis website.

April 20th received date by the National Benefits Center with no news. Meanwhile, there are people who filed after that date who have gotten their EAD. What the hell is going on. 

It’s frustrating that it takes months to produce a card that takes literally 24hrs to produce. These bureaucrats have been trained to intentionally dampen the hopes and happiness of EAD&AOS filers. April 20th received date here. 

To those going through the USEM Nigeria, once your ceac says visa is issued, your passport is ready for collection. The DHL in Nigeria are highly unorganised and they will not send you a pick up text on time. My passport was ready for pick up on 23 march 2018 but up till 28 March, there was no pick up text. On getting to  DHL office in VI Lagos, they said my passport wasn't ready that i should wait for 10 working days; i showed them a message from the USEM stating that my passport has been delivered since 23rd of March and they went digging through their store and they found my passport.

Morale of this story: DHL is grossly incompetent. The USEM issues the Visa and delivers the passport before 5 working days. Always go to the DHL office to get your passport because they won't text you to come pick it up.

My visa status changed to issued since last week friday. To this moment, i haven't gotten a text for pick up. What should i do ?

My status on CEAC moved from administrative processing to 'issued". What is the implication of this? Is my passport ready for pickup ? I heard sometimes they don't text you to pick it up. 

Why are we talking about frontloading before a k1 visa interview. Isn't frontloading done for CR visas ? 

I read that during the interview, the CO is provided with the original evidence sent by the petitioner to uscis and thats why they don't look at whatever evidence the beneficiary brings to the interview.

Correct me on the aforementioned if i am wrong.

The Nigerian embassy specifically instructed that the chats must be printed from the site. But the chat logs are massive( about 1300 pages) 

Will it be best if one screenshots the chats from their device and make it into pdf form ?

How did you guys print off chat logs from FB and Whatsapp?

When I front-loaded, I had them in a word document and also some screenshots. 

 

If you do the "email chat logs" on whatsapp, it opens to a word document, so that won't work either.

I just mailed my chat log with my fiance and i discovered that the log comprises of 1300 pages. How is it even possible to print a whole 1300 pages of whatsapp chat ? I think I'd screenshot the chats from my phone into a collage( 4 pics in one collage) then I'd convert the collages into a pdf file. 

Having waited for 7 months from the submission of my petition to payment of MRV; it  is somewhat sad to see that the available k1 visa interview dates are months away from now... Any Nigerian caught up in the same situation ? Share your opinion.
