Also I read many times online that philly does not do same day oath but good luck nevertheless.

Does your receipt say, you were approved and recommended for oath or did it say a decision is yet to be made and you will get a letter in mail?

In my opinion, don't get bogged down with the timeline, mine says 14 months after receiving a date for interview, my interview is on June 28

Makes me want to cry. I can't tell if it's 11 month since I applied or starting now but I assume it's starting now. I hope it really is just an estimate since I know that people who applied in August or September last year in my area are now getting interviews. Thoughts? 

It's weird because it says 13 month completion time too, however my interview is scheduled for June 28, way to fix errors USCIS

that is the only facility i believe that can hold immigration matters in Philly, no other facility i know of can hold oath ceremonies, you simply will have a different date if not right after the interview,

you are just few days ahead of me, can you let us know if your oath ceremony was done the same day once you are done with the process?

got my interview for June 28, filed on Oct 19, 2020, Biometrics reused on Dec 12, also Philly Office

Hello everyone, i am a PR and filed for I-130 for my spouse in India, we got our priority date as May 09, 2019, currently our filing date cut off was declared and our date has arrived. however I-130 is not approved yet.

any timeframe we can expect?

my center is CSC

i applied on may 6, my priority is same

I asked a couple of lawyers, the dates are not current, could've been the dates not entered for the month of July and would remain "C" until Sept, after that normal backlog may resume. sorry to break the excitement, i was surprised as well and wanted to assure myself too.

That is the same ratio for VSC. Don't worry
