Husband made it over yesterday with just his passport. The Officer asked for his packet, and my husband told him he didnt have a packet, that it is all electronic...the officer said, oh yeah
..london is all electronic now. My husband didnt even go through secondary screening. He went right through without any issues.

My husband went to his interview on 10/23, and he was allowed to bring his phone. My understanding is that London allows phones without issue.

I picked up my passport from the courier depo. My visa is inside my passport looking all lovely and official!
I didn't get a package with it, just literally the passport itself. Just double checking that's ok as London is electronic processing?
So it's cool to rock up with just my passport?
My husband received his yesterday, and he did not have a packet either. My understanding is now that they are CEAC/Online processing that there is no longer a need of a physical packet. He is flying in this evening, so we will see how it goes at the POE.

Thanks very much. I uploaded it last night seeing as there is no harm I just got it done.
Did your husband take relationship evidence? I read reviews that it wasn’t asked for in London but it’s still on the list to take 🤔
has ur husband left the Uk already?
Hi!
My husband took some pictures of time we spent together doing different activities, some logs of calls, and chats, but they did not ask to see any of that. I have heard of rare circumstances that they have asked other people for it, but in general it does not seem to come up much, as long as you submitted plenty when you originally applied.
My husband got his visa and passport yesterday, and he is actually in route here today! We were lucky and found a good price on a ticket and he packed up and left.

So it won’t send it back to the queue for processing at nvc and I won’t lose my interview place I what I’m asking I guess if I upload after everything been accepted previous?
Its not going to change anything. You will still have your interview... if you feel more comfortable then wait until after your interview. It does not delay by much. My husband had his interview kn 10/23 and we uploaded documents that same evening that they requested. The approved case with in 2 days, and my husband will have his package and visa all in hand by Monday.

Thanks for the reply. It won’t upset anything at my interview submitting before they ask u don’t think?
No, its better to have uploaded before. They wont be upset at all. Bring hard copy to interview as well.

you dont need to upload either. You can take all these docs to interview.
This is not true. They will review your docs but then tell you to upload to Ceac and give you a 221g.
-
Hi, yes you can add your W2 to ceac at anytime and hit submit. My husband is one who was approved pending my W2's. I had only uploaded my transcripts.

Hello,
Did they request the last W2 or for the 3 years ?
We sent to NVC 3 years tax returns and tax transcripts with 2017 W2. Now I'm hesitating if I should not bring the W2 of 2015 and 2016 for my interview.
They just wanted last years W2s only.
-
We are going through the similar situation. We were approved pending my W2's...Like you, I had uploaded 3 years of transcripts. I uploaded my W2's but then they asked for my husbands dead poll and he had to courier it back to the embassy (he had this day of the interview and they had it in their hands that day but waited until he traveled back home to say they needed a physical copy) We emailed the email they gave us, they said they saw my W2's on CEAC (which still shows submitted) but they were waiting on his physical copy of deed poll. They received the Deed poll on Monday,....and now again we wait.

Congratulations 🎉 You will only need a subject access report if your ACRO certificate shows “No Live Trace” (FYI @proudtobabritgirl)
So my husbands ACRO certificate shows "No Trace" not "No Live Trace" will we need this, do you think?

Hey guys
Hoping for some advice. So originally, i thought it was only k1 fiance visas that book your own interviews and for cr1, it is just scheduled for you.
However, my friend has just booked their own interview at the embassy. I called NVC for some advice and they said to me that it wasn't possible, but obviously it has been done today, so that is conflicting.
It says you need to take your interview invitation letter with you for the interview but obviously if i booked it myself, i would only have confirmation of time and date and not an interview invitation so to speak. Is this a problem?
Obviously, If i can book my own interview then that would be ideal as the waiting around is not doing me any good. I have had my medical so i am just waiting.
I have heard that if you don't have the letter from the NVC to say schedule your interview, that it can cause issues later on down the road. The system that you book your appointment/interview with specifically asks if you have received your letter from the NVC, and if you continue on you are in a sense being deceitful and not honest if you have not gotten that letter. I am going to call the Embassy to see what they say, but I would rather wait and not throw up any red flags.
Just my thoughts.

I don't know what to do as I called NVC and they said it's not possible.
So I said someone I was talking to has just done it and they said that's not possible, you have to wait for the interview to be scheduled.
Even though you have just done it.
So I'm confused.
I am with you. still patient waiting for the NVC to send me my interview letter.

Including weekends or just business days?
They just say within 3 weeks, but I would say it would be business days.

It's quite hard to get answers from them, the first time we called the NVC after re-sumbission of the documents they said that it would take 2-3 days for them to review and that we should keep an eye out for an NVC e-mail, however, yesterday when we called them they told us that we should allow up to 3 weeks for them to re-review the documents. It is upsetting because we're losing around a month for nothing.
Yea, i know what you mean... you will get it soon!

Congrats! My hubby was approved on 10/23, and flew in on 11/4, so pretty quick turnaround.
