Does anyone know how long it takes to get your visa from the US embassy in the Philippines? I praying within 9 days, or do you get it the same day. any info would be helpful. Thanks again and luck to all who are still waiting. My Rose's interview is April 16 hoping to fly her into the states by the 26. Hopeful I'm not jumping the gun.

Our petition is now at the Embassy in Manila and I've submitted my DS-160 today. I can't believe we are so close to the finish. It is so surreal.
I didn't realize that packing bags can be like a roller coaster of emotions. I was crying while packing! Tears of joy because I am finally going to be with the man I love, and tears of sadness because I am leaving my life and my family behind.
I am looking forward to starting a new life with Tony, but I will never forget to look back and cherish all the wonderful memories that is, the Philippines.
I got my approval on 12-22. Still nothing from the embassy yet. How do they contact you when they receive you application. And how long did it take them from your approval date. We are also going through the Philippines embassy. Any input would be awesome

really feel sorry for the June 6th people. Doesn't make any sense. When I started at reading on this site I was envious of the June 6th people because their date was 10 days before mine. My date was June 16th my approval date was December 22nd. Although it's been almost 3 weeks we still have not received anything else regarding the K1 Visa process. But I'm guessing it will be at least one year before my fiance will be able to make her journey to the states. Regardless heading to the Philippines in 2 weeks can't wait going to be great to get out of this lousy weather we are having. Having this little mini vacation in the middle of all this definitely will help us. So I'll keep praying for you June filers in hopes that we all will be the same agonizing wait for the rest of the Visa process. We should all keep in touch cuz it is an extremely long process and there's a lot of good people here with a lot of good information.

Day 216 here. We are crossing over 7 months. There are about 120 of us June 6 filers without any notification so far.
I am so jealous of your timeline. 113 to NOA2 and 164 to interview! Those were the days. Our interview will be 10 or 11 months from NOA1 if we are lucky.
Haven't been on here in a couple days so sorry to hear that you're still waiting. Like I said before I'm a June 16th date and got my second notification and approval. Heading back to the Philippines the end of this month can't wait get out of this weather in Michigan. If you ever up this way look me up I'm just north of Grand Rapids anytime you this way.

Just wanted to let everyone know I was approved December 22 Friday what a holiday blessing. Although I am still heading to the Philippines at the end of January for 12 days. Hopefully I will be there for part of the process maybe even the interview. But seeing how things take forever I'm not real confident that's going to happen. Now that our application has been approved I'm still unsure of what our next steps will be. If anybody has any advice and what will be next for me and Rose I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not sure what I should be getting prepared for. But I am super excited that we were approved can't believe it it was a Christmas miracle. So if you like to add me to any of your list as being okay and approved my number was wac 17903 65937. and to all the good people who are still waiting, May the New Year bring good news. Also I was a June 16th date

It truly does make no sense. I am not willing to wait to see my fiance Rose until I get my next notice. I'm heading back to the Philippines on January 25th no matter what. At least this gets me out of Michigan in January early February and that's always a good thing. The only blessing is is Rose will not have to come back to Michigan in February which can be very unpleasant. Especially if you've never experienced cold weather, I mean really cold weather. Maybe I will be able to be there for at least part of the process whether it be the interview or the appointment at the hospital. That would be a positive any bonus for my vacation. I am looking forward to being extremely hot and out of the cold in the snow I'm a June 16th application. So congratulations to those of us they're getting their approvals. And to the rest of us was try to have patience because it truly is getting closer. Godspeed my brothers and sisters.

You have no idea how amazing this trip is. It has been cloudy with a nice breeze (my bald head doesn’t always love the Philippines weather!) and even Corregidor was an incredible day. I’ve already bought Christmas gifts for the kids and a bottle of chilled Patrone at the bar last night (there were friends there and we didn’t finish it). This is perfection and it is going to hurt when I leave Sunday. Still no NOA 2 but there are a couple more days left.
I miss everybody there. I hope all is well and that those approvals are rolling in.
Heading there in January. Can't wait for approval or to see my fiance. Who name is also Rose. Have a great trip and enjoy your family. Godspeed my friend

My date is June 16th. This process has been very long and very stressful. Myself and my fiance decided I should visit anyways at the end of January . I wasn't anticipating traveling with her back to the US at this time. But we realize this is not going to happen . So I have decided to go anyways and enjoy my time with her and her family. I was so hoping I could travel back to the US with her. Not to be. I am happy for all their approval people that can start the next process of this phase of your Journeys. I look forward to being part of those people by the week's end . Maybe it's a good thing it happened this way so I don't have to bring Rose my fiance in to Michigan in the middle of February. Not only would it might be a culture shock but it definitely would be a weather shock. Really not sure why it takes a year to have all this transpire doesn't make much sense. I am sure the people reviewing our files are under a lot of stress and are overworked like most people in the US . So I look forward to my day hopefully soon and maybe it'll be better for us in the long run to bring Rose back here in June when the weather is spectacular . So get in my hats off to all you that I've been approved looking forward to my day that I can tell my class or myself God bless have a good day. May the approvals snow down on all of us

Whether I handle it so well when its me standing in the eye of the storm, I will worry about it then, but he's definitely used to it, so I'm sure fires in CA are the same kinda thing. What a lot of people who have never been to the US, don't realize how truly big it is. I live in Michigan, I can drive for 10 hours on the highway from one end to the other going 70 mph and never leave my stateof

So I sit and wait. Time is on my side. For it has been a mere 6 months and counting. I'm a June 16th date. I haven't seen my Rose in almost 10 months so I am heading back in January regardless. Here I come the Philippines. Not bad because Michigan in January can be unkind to say the least. We talk daily and it hard to be away. But we manage , as everyone else on this page. So I tip my glass to all those approvals and all the approvals to come. I'm just guessing, but I'm thinking I might get some response by weeks end.

I'm June 16. Any quess when ours will be touched. I'm guessing next week Thursday or Friday. So 12 days. Also what can I be doing now so I am prepared when we hopefully get the ok to move to the next step. I am bringing my fiance from the Philippines back to Michigan in the United States. Besides the obvious like buy her a winter coat because she hopefully will be coming in February which is typically our coldest month of the year. I sure hope she will be prepared to freeze. Hahaha

I have a question. Are the dates you referring to the date received your i797c form or is it the notice date. Because my received date is June 16th 2017, and my notice date is June 20th 2017, so which date is the important day. And if somebody could please add me to the list I have my receipt number. WAC 1790365937. Thanks
