Finally after NVC misplaced my original paperwork (provided proof of confirmation of receipt and time NVC received it) and resending the same package (advised by NVC rep to do so) my case was completed today!! Confirmed with a rep a few minutes ago and websute states AT NVC. Now waiting for an interview letter!!
I literally cried!! Emotions so high especially with me being pregnant doesn’t make it any better lol..
Now the journey of waiting for an interview date. Another stressful moment!

It is most likely on-site, but not yet entered into their system. They get an enormous number of documents each month, so it just takes time to process. In early 2017, it was taking 12 weeks for a checklist to be processed....so 3 weeks is much better.
Thank you for your fast response. I was receiving emails within 10 days span of me sending my corrections with a previous checklist so I figure I would get a notice by now.
Appreciate it

Hi All,
I sent a new I864 due to some error to NVC, they received and signed for it on 8/24 and when I called today they said they havent received it, but like I told the rep over the phone I got an NVC signature confirmation that they received it and the time also. She said give it another 2 or 3 days and then 3 weeks to review. Has this happened to anyone where they stated they haven’t received the documents but you have confirmation they did?
Your input will be greatly appreciated!

During my last trip to the DR, my wife and I obtained 2 official copies of our marriage certificate and 2 of her birth certificate from the courthouse there. We plan to send one official copy each to NVC and have one of each for the interview. I'm also including photocopies of each along with certified translations. The website says photocopies but I've also read horror stories of delays happening to people who only sent photocopies and not official copies. I guess it is like putting two locks on your front door. We are trying to be extremely diligent that every angle is covered and no stone is left unturned. Does anyone have suggestions?
I only sent copies when I sent my package. See below
https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-6-submit-documents-to-the-nvc.html
Step 6: Submit Documents to the NVC
After you collect the financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of these items in ONE package to NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you don't submit all of your documents at the same time.
IMPORTANT: Do not send your original passport or original civil documents such as birth, and marriage certificates. Instead, submit a photocopy of these documents to NVC. However, you must bring these original documents to your visa interview. This is true no matter what method you use to submit documents to NVC.
There are three ways to submit documents to NVC. The method you use depends on where you are interviewing. Look at your NVC case number and match it to the method below to find out how to submit your documents to NVC.

Nowhere in the instructions for the I-864EZ does it say you can submit transcripts.....
Page 7 of he 1-864ez under section Item Numbers 5.a. - 6.c. Federal Income Tax Information. States :
You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year. If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your Federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years. You are not required to have the IRS certify the transcript or photocopy unless specifically instructed to do so by a Government official; a plain transcript or photocopy is acceptable. Do not submit copies of your state income tax returns. Do not submit any tax returns that you filed with any foreign government unless you claim that you were not required to file a Federal income tax return with the United States government, and you wish to rely on the foreign return solely to establish the amount of your income that is not subject to tax in the United States. If you provide a photocopy of your tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every FormW-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint tax return with your spouse. If you were required to file a Federal income tax return for the most recent tax year but did not do so, you must file any and all late returns with the IRS and attach an IRS-generated tax return transcript documenting your late filing before submitting the I-864EZ. If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law for any other reason, attach a typed or printed explanation including evidence of the exemption and how you are subject to it. Residence outside of the United States does not exempt U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents from filing a U.S. Federal income tax return. See “Filing Requirements” in the IRS Form 1040 Filing Instructions to determine whether you were required to file. For purposes of this affidavit, the line for Total income on IRS Forms 1040 and 1040A is considered when determining income. For persons filing IRS Form 1040EZ, the line for adjusted gross income is considered. Obtaining Tax Transcripts. You may use IRS Form 4506-T to request tax transcripts from the IRS. Complete IRS Form 4506-T with the ending date for each of your three most recent tax years listed on line 9. Follow all instructions for completing and filing Form 4506-T with the IRS
I mean thats what I understood when I sent mine. I also sent a letter from my both employers and 6 months of paystubs. I sent it just in case to be safe.

The first question on the i864EZ
part 1
1B. I am using my own earned or retirement income Which is documented using W2 form.
Could I send the tax transcripts in instead of the W2 in answer to this question?
I sent my transcripts from 2015-2017 and also the W2 wage and tax statement. You can find that in the IRS website.
FYI:
In order to qualify to utilize the form I-864ez you must answer questions 1a-1c Yes. If you leave it blank or say no to at least one of the boxes you cannot use the form.
My first checklist from NVC stated I can’t use the form because I did not qualify to do so. I thought I checked off the other boxes which I didnt. I resent it again with all 3 checked boxes because it did apply to me.

Thank you but is she supposed to enter the codes and print off a confirmation page?
I called my husband he said there is no confirmation page he just printed the page he provided me. The codes are used so you print out your police certification online. I did not include a confirmation page in my package. Hopefully it wasnt needed in my case if it does exist. If you still unsure at the bottom of the link in their website theres contact information.

My wife got her police certificate today and it has a code. She was told that she is supposed to go to a website to authenticate it. First, I'm a little confused about that step. Second, does the confirmation page showing authentication need a translation? It is going to NVC and it is for the Dominican Republic. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for helping me and taking your time out to do so. I'm in my office and I'm doing it as we speak to be mailed out today for next day delivery.

Did you leave page 7 all blank ?
I never sent it since I thought it didn’t apply

Page 1-7 are components of i864ez whether any page gets filled in or not, that’s why they are asking you to bring in the interview. You know you have no info to put in page 7, but they don’t know. For example, page 6 is about the preparer. If the sponsor didn’t use a different person to fill the form, page 6 will be left blank but still be included. Same concept.
Thank you for your fast response. I understand now but I think they asking me to sending it instead of bringing it to the interview. I will do it today if that’s the case.

Hi 👋 all,
I just received another checkilist from NVC that I did not provide page 7 of the I864ez form. Page7 is where you provide and additional information which I did not because there was nothing else to provide.
The letter states they will not continue without a new form. It stated I can bring it to the interview or I will have to send it to NVC for processing.
Why provide the additional page if it’s not needed. I read the instructions and it does not state page 7 needs to be included even if it’s not applicable to you. If I’m wrong please show me.
Has this happened to anyone before?
Thank you for your time your response is appreciated.

I see OP is filing K-1 so I'm not sure that K-1 has fees at NVC and they have to fill out DS-160. DS260 is for spousal visa not K-1.
Thank you for the correction. I just noticed that also. Thought it was for the IR1 / CR1.

I called and received our case number by phone today. The rep said that it is in the system but not yet activated and we can't do anything until we receive the email. However, she couldn't give me a timeline of when to expect the email.
Does anyone have any idea how long it takes from the case number to the email? Thanks.
I called on 7/11/2018 and they gave me the case and invoice number over the phone and also they stated that it was not activated yet but on 07/13/2018 I received an email in the early morning

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I'm needing guidance and having trouble locating anything on the topic specific to our case.
Did anyone here side load chat logs, phone call lists, and photos to NVC? If so, how many pages and pictures? (I sent 20 with the I-130. So, I'm thinking 10 recent photos that include us with family).
If you did include chat logs, were they recent or over a span of time? (We could literally pull together hundreds of pages but I'm thinking of 10 pages max?)
The purpose of my wanting to side load is to kill potential red flags and show that our marriage is naturally progressing.
Your advice is most appreciated. Thank you.
Hi,
When I sent my package to NVC, I created a photo album on publisher that consisted of perhaps 10 pages of my recent 2 week trip to DR from FEB-MAR 2018. I did not include any chat / phone log in this photo album. I included a album of close to 25-30 pages of pictures (wedding, family, children vacation etc), chat / phone log, facetime screenshots etc , each section was catergorized w/ my 1-130 petition.

Hi all,
I am a USC preparing to file the I-130 at a US Consulate.
The Consulate has asked for two forms G-325A: one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary.
I am filling out Form G-325A for myself, the petitioner, and am unsure about the following parts of the form:
1. - "Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first." -- Should I fill this in even though it says "Applicant's" and not "Petitioner's"?
2. - "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year." -- Same question as #1.
3. - "Applicant's employment last five years. (If none, so state.) List present employment first." -- Same question as #1.
4. - "Applicant: Print your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below." (including "(Alien Registration Number)" -- Same question as #1.
The instructions on p.2 of the form do not provide answers to these questions.
Thanks!

Congrats! I confirmed with a rep yesterday my case was finally completed. They told me the same thing. I was wondering the same thing. I came across DWHEELS76 forum (Case Complete to Interview October 2018) and I'm assuming 5 to 7 days to receive the notification that the case was completed. Perhaps in the notification it will advise of the interview date. Good Luck, wishing you a speedy interview date!
