Our journey is over!
 
My wife just had the interview in Jakarta yesterday and we are thrillled that she passed very easily. I was able to accompany her which made her so much more confident. We prepped for hours beforehand, doing multiple mock interviews and practicing using our pictures and proof of my domicile. In the end, the interview was super easy, and lasted only about 5 mins. We were in and out of the embassy in Jakarta in about an hour (after waiting in line for 30 mins outside the embassy).
 
Questions Asked (Applicant):
What is your name and date/place of birth? Have you ever lived outside of Indonesia? What was the date of your wedding? Where and when did you meet your husband? How long did you date your husband before you were married? Can you show me some pictures of the wedding? Questions Asked (Petitioner):
Is your father the joint sponsor? Did your family attend the wedding in Indonesia? Then he simply said, "I see no signs of fraud at all. Your file is very organized and makes it very easy to give you an approval. Congratulations! Your visa is approved!"

Hi guys, I just called this morning. The lady rep told to me , I got my interview date on MAY 29th. I am from Indian embassy Mumbai. Finally MUMBAI EMBASSY , They are giving schedules for month of MAY. thank you guys for all your support for entire process. MY scan date was FEB 1 and MY case completed date was FEB 27th.

My husband received his visa today ❤️❤️ Can’t wait till he’s able to join me

My husband did his medical this morning and will pick up the results on friday, our interview is excatly two weeks from today. We're getting close to the finish line 

My Wife is done with medical and biometric at Mumbai. Now this Thursday March 15th will be the interview.

Hey Guys!! I had my interview today at Mumbai consulate and I got approved!!
My Approval story 🎉🎉—
So I reached around 6:45 at Mumbai consulate and waited till 7:15 outside . They called us in and then after the routine check, I entered the passage from where they called for document verification in batches of people. Then I was waiting for about an hour for my turn . They verified all the documents and asked for W2 copies of 2017 which I gave them . After that again I had to wait for an hour and half for final consular Interview. 
The Counselor offer was very nice , we greeted each other gm and then she asked following-
1. Who is calling you?
2. How did you met your spouse?
3. Do you have any mutual friends?
4. Who attended your wedding?
5. Do you have pictures?
6. Who is your mother in law?
7. Did you ever get denied for US visa?
8. What will you do in US?
Then she was looking at my documents and there was silence for about 2 mins.. that was really killing me.. but then she said congratulations your visa is approved!!! And gave me a slip saying the same and mentioned that I need to pay $220 for greencard fee. And then I left 😊😊.. hope this helps you all .. best wishes 😊

Do not worry about your NOA2 exiration date, the embassy will extend that by 4 months (up to a year), just give them a phone call or send an email. An October interview date is golden right now as the embassy is very backed up because of being closed with the flooding.

Hey everyone had a nice surprise last night! Case Complete on February 28th. Saw the change on the portal first and then call to confirm. Now waiting on interview date.
