Why you still sending form G1450? That form is only used when you are paying with a credit card. If you paying by check or money order you don't need to send form G1450, to my understanding.

If you really love each other why you don't marry first in Tunisia? He can come back to US and do the petition for you as his wife? Thats another option I think. It would take a little longer for you to come to US, but it would be a better case. I did that with wife. My wife was 19 and I was 25 at the time. We are from El Salvador. And I did everything by myself with help from good people on this forum Good luck.
