February 6th is your scan date. Nvc won't send you anything telling you when they receive your financial and supporting documents you have to call them like you did to confirm it's been received. The date they told you that they received it is your scan date. Although it might have been delivered days earlier they will only tell you what date they scanned it into the system

Received our interview email this morning finally after being told twice we were scheduled but really weren’t. We are scheduled for March 1st at Islamabad! Less than 2 weeks I’ll be reunited with my hubby and I’ll get there 3 days after my birthday! What a wonderful birthday present ❤️

I didn’t send any court records or anything stating he had none. We got CC just fine. 

They're all ready, just awaiting the mail to send it back.

Your attorney dropped the ball on this one not NVC.  And unfortunately your wedding plans is not a detrimental emergency reason for an expedite, but hey maybe luck is on your side and they'll grant got to you. You will have to be proactive at NVC stage and call often to check on your case status to prevent things like this from happening to you again

Just called NVC and confirmed that I have CC as of yesterday Feb 12.

First SD: December 14, 2017
Check list: January 10, 2018
Second SD: January 17, 2018
CC: February 12, 2018

My husband is traveling today to another city to get a Romanian certificate.  I hope to overnight it to them today! Let's pray you are right about hearing a lot sooner with a cc after this checklist. thank you for your encouragement!

If her income in 2016 or 2017 was not above poverty level for her household than she must get co sponsor for you. She can not combine income for last three years to meet poverty guidelines.

My Wife just received the NOA2 ..Feb. 12, 2018...Texas Service Center....NOA1 July 19, 2017...this is my new home now....I love to share to you all guys our  excitement....

IV fee showing as paid this morning and the DS 260 is open now as well . I checked yesterday and there as still nothing. Hope to finish all today. 

So I did just call the NVC and they confirmed I got a CC and waiting for interview date!!! I wanna cry I'm so happy!!!!!

i am so nervous and excited 

well we called today and they are in the process of giving us a checklist.  Moldova has two national languages- Romanian and Russian.  My husband speaks Russian so the certificate is in Russian and they want the Romanian.  So frustrating because the embassy accepts either and it took them 11 weeks to tell us this.
