Here is our cover letter below, which we plan on sending in a couple days along with the I-751 form and evidences. Are we in good shape?

*PS Thank you to everyone on this forum who has shared their own cover letters, which helped me draft our's.

I've seen in many of these cover letter samples the words "U.S. Citizen" and "spouse" or "Immigrant." Are these just to conceal the names of the individuals for the purposes of this forum? In my cover letter, should I replace those with our actual names?

For example, this is what part of our cover letter looks like now:

Should we replace those with our actual names? Or is that strange to talk about us in the third person? Should we replace those with "my" and "his/her" ?

Wow so my roommate just informed me that a letter came for me from Homeland Security lol!

My notice date is December 19, and the letter just came!

**and for the record the USCIS website, USCIS app, and Casetracker app are still showing the same NOA1 message 

So do you guys know if this means the K-1 beneficiary can interview in Saint Petersburg, rather than going to Moscow? And how long is it taking right now to schedule an interview? Thank you!

Does anyone know if there is are specific times the USCIS and the tracking apps update during the day? and how many times? I feel like I check each of them 50 times a day! Thanks!

Hello everyone,

I heard this news today: https://www.rt.com/newsline/411875-us-consulates-resume-interviews/ that three cities besides Moscow will do non-immigrant visa interviews again. Could this mean scheduling an interview for K1 might be faster? I was reading this forum people saying January for interviews back in October! How long is it taking after NOA2 to interview date for most couples? Thank you!!

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster. I really don’t mean to be rude, but can we keep this on topic? Some of us are really only looking for estimates on how long noa2 will take and information on the k1 process. There has to be other venues to share engagement stories. Apologies if I sound like a downer
