Thank you! Yes that is not uncommon. When I talked to a tier 2 about 3 weeks ago they told me it can take 9-11 months to hear anything. I think they are just telling people that it's taking longer so they don't keep calling. Hold on tight. I'm hopeful you'll hear something soon! 🤞🏾🤞🏾

Congratulations! I am happy for you as the wait is not fun at all.
I am just so puzzled to why Tier 2 insist that I must wait at least 3 more months because they are only doing June now.
I am October 3rd in Potomac. I have no choice but to wait and hope something comes before then.

yes im aware of Nebraska being slow and Potomac being fast however not for everyone, gotta keep waiting and well it isn't that convenient to be away if u get approved, unless u had a lawyer, can help u out so much. Whatever it is good luck and be positive

Please please do not feel devastated; This is only the beginning of a pretty testing and daring experience.
Be very strong for what might be a lengthy and bumpy road ahead. I really hope it is smooth and easy for you.
You must prepare yourselves to be strong, positive and very supportive. Good luck  

You will habe a giant stamp on the form: REJECTED.......... Do not panic!
It only means the application can not be processed with the wrong I129 F form.

You will receive the entire packet as is withins two weeks of sent date. Just replace the form and you would have only lost weeks rather than months. While you are at it, you may consider CR1 if you could marry away. I find it a much better visa and worth your money and time, especially if a lawyer is involved. Furthermore, I am not sure why one needs a lawyer for either K1 or CR-1. Good Luck!

My VJ time says April 10-12 and nothing yet. I pray and hope I and all others hear something soon. Thank you
