if foreginer visit us and overstay, what u think happen? they can come back to visit more or visa void?
u choose overstay, u must live with consequence. respect immigration law if u want no trouble. u ignore phillipinnes immigration law, u got bad consequence.
american on VJ say respect US immigration law. american must respect foreign immigration law too.

us embassy job to help us citizen with no money get home. done. us embassy job is not to pay for all ur mistakes. us emabssy did not give u money to pay overstay cuz not necessary to get u home. blow my mind that u think us embassy should give u money to deal with all ur problems. us ebmassy help u get home. after u get home u want to travel more outside US then ur business, not us embassy business to pay so u can go on vacation.

There is the intention to live in the US due to the I-130 of course. But there is also the intention simply to visit his mom during his vacation and then go back and wait with his dad until he gets his turn.
good luck trying. hard for f2a bene to get visitor visa. everybody know visitor visa not for visit but to come live temporary while wait for visa. very common.

Hi everyone,
Its been a few months and I believe there is a changes in my profile but I am not sure if it will help me.
1. I have traveled to other country for vacation and came home.
2. I am now fully focusing on selling beauty products and accessories (leather shoes/bags), no longer selling clothes. All ready stocks on hand.
3. I have collaborated with new supplier in my country to sell other new beauty products.
4. I have build a down-line distributors team of 10 which I did not have back then. (MLM).
5. My monthly income has increased due to the new products that i am selling and also the expansion of distribution team.
6. I am able to afford the trip (have always been able to afford).
Are these a significant changed to overturn the previous refusal? Would appreciate any insight. Thank you.
apply find out. no one can tell u if CO will believe u.

Thank you so much for the response JFH, this is very helpful info.
The US Embassy in Bangkok is closed today due to a holiday, but we will be calling them first thing in the morning to inquire about DCF eligibility.
Does the CR-1 visa need to be initiated in the US, or can we apply for a CR-1 while currently residing in Thailand?
We'll abandon the K3 route, as it sounds like a fruitless endeavor.
We are very studious and choose to abide by all laws, so my wife will not be entering the US under any false pretense. However, she does have a recently renewed tourist visa and we do not want to be apart unnecessarily - costs involved flying back and forth is not an issue.
Thank you once again!
Cheers,
Jim
u will need proof ur wife visit on visitor visa only and she have plan to leave US after visit. she no can use visitor visa to immigrate with us husband. that illegal. she come to visit or come to live? big difference. u got big problem is plan for u to come back and her use visitor visa to come live with u.

he need visa. u no can move without him getting immigration visa. entire reason file I-130 is to get visa. entire reason to file ds260 is for visa. he need visa to move to US.

He dragged out the process by not replying and submitting the requested documents when they were requested
doing that he cost her chance at us citizenship as child under age 18 of usc. if she come now cuz she over 18 she must be green card holder for 5 year before she can apply for citizenship

But she has not received a visa interview date as yet

I have no issue with citizens expressing their opinions on our leadership. I do have a problem with people CHOOSING to visit the US being disrespectful of anyone in the US. I would never visit a country whose culture and leaders I dislike and certainly never express that opinion on a public forum. People seeking a visa to visit the US who are forward enough to disrespect our president on a public forum are a potential security risk and should not be allowed to enter. They should keep their opinions private.
ha ha. disrespect for trump not same as disrespect for US or culture. he no disrespect US culture. he disrespect trump. people free not to like trump even they no live here. disrespect for trump not legal reason to deny visit. do not be snowflake.
i visit countries where i don't like their leader. what u would do ur business. what rest of us do is our business. disrepecting trump is not security risk. lots of people do not like trump do not mean they security risk. u should keep ur opinion private. u no can tell other to keep their opinion private when u go on public forum. u not boss.
my family love america. they hate trump. they visit america and go back vietnam okay. they no security risk.

don't do it. u never know what trump will do. crazy to leave with no green card.

Yeah .. I guess you are right though my intention is really to come back , quitting job would not be a good idea atleast the Officers will not be convinced that I really want to come back as I will have to be present here for the consulate processing
no one stupid cuz everyone go back for interview. that do not matter. going back for interview no matter. u trying to live in us on visitor visa is problem. going back for interview do not mean u no abuse visitor visa to live in us.
-
same requirements as last time u got green card. same.
he send to u by mail, dhs, ups. lots of way to send original to u.

That's bad news 😒 I was thinking to quit and go btw . I would just like to stay positive and wish that the processing time get faster for everyone .Thanks for your reply though
u quit job to go vacation for 3-4 months? no. u quit job to move to us, then short trip home for interview, then back to us.
people do not quit job to go on vacation. people quit job to move to us.

u got plane tickets but u guess exact number of day need for us citizenship. very convenient.

You will be out of status. Best advice is to go home and process it from your home country. Or you can do a K1 visa process, but you will also have to go home to your home country. I don't suggest doing an AOS but that's my opinion.
bad advice.

Now we are about to have a wedding coming up and I've got a month left until I leave but I do not want to because I want to be with my soon to be wife I want to file for adjustment of status however I am afraid of it getting denied thus causing me to get deported. I don't want to get banned from coming to the USA especially when my beautiful wife is there I need help!!

Does he already have an approved petition? How far in the process is he? As the spouse of an LPR he must wait until his priority date becomes current. Is it possible that his visa could be approved before March? Depends on when his priority date is. Your poor planning or lifestyle choices (whichever is the reason for the pregnancy) are of no concern to USCIS and do not grant him any special privileges. It takes as long as it takes.
he fiance of green card holder. not spouse. so no petition file yet.
-
no. no.
2 years for green card holder to bring spouse to us.
1 year for us citizen to bring spouse to us.
everybody must wait for visa. ur pregnancy not considered.

u spend 1 year to get sb1 for urself. why u no take care of visa for ur son too? why wait for ur sb1 to be done then ask about ur child moving?
do not understand this.
