    The 90 days residency I believe is at the time of filing. If you move after you filed, your application is still valid. You just have to inform USCIS of the change of address. But make sure to follow the correct procedures for changes in address as I have seen many people on the forum who moved while their application was pending but were still reporting USCIS had the old address. I think you can't just change it in the portal, but have to fill in a form and/or contact an officer at USCIS.

    I got notification that they reuse biometrics "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"

    Just got my text this morning. 2 days after the charge started showing up on my account. 2 hours after the credit card charge got posted lol

    If K1 is still valid, you can get SSN with K1 visa and i94. Do it before 10 days of K1 expiration date.

    oh Of course! I understand your post and appreciate your information! I was quoting the other person. I just don't understand why that guy said he has been waiting longer than us repeatedly even tho it's clearly he hasn't lol.

    Hey I'm filing from Seattle too!
    Altho my status is still showing biometrics
    A few people from March are getting their interview notices so I guess it would be 5 more months for us ? lol
