So we just got an e-mail saying our request to expedite the visa application was approved and the embassy will contact me soon to schedule an interview. We never requested expedition though? Has this happened to anyone else?
Obviously it's good news, my only concern is I am very behind on vaccinations (as in, haven't had any since I was a baby and have no record, unfortunately) and I have a vaccination appointment scheduled for next week but now I'm worried I won't be able to get them all done in time, especially since I think some of them have multiple doses a couple weeks apart. 

Someone please reassure me it will all be ok?! Haha
