nope, actually it doesn't work that way. This happened once before in may (I cannot find his nicknameee) he got his hardcopy without update and a few dates later the hard copy it changes into rfe, he went to the local office and it was a noa2 in the end. I hope he comes by and sees this, I really want to check his status.  Guyss if you remember the nickname pleasee tag him for me...I have 4 more months to go this will make me go mad..

Seems like every day we hurry up and wait for our NOA2 and then we are happy. Then a few days later we are backing to waiting lol. Aghhhhhhh wish this was over.

Ty yeah i went off on them. I told the lady ro shove her rfe i have my noa 2 your not getting back. I really wonder who is working the phones. Uscis local office said we are ok. Still was pissed to even think of that. We are getting stuff ready for medical and interview. Wish you all the best

Noa2 oct 31st rfe nov 6th. Case 331366. Lady at local uscis said it was mistake she looked on system we are good

Yeah we was approved 10/31 never updated just got our NOA2 in the mail on Nov 8th and NVC said we should have our numbers next week. App still says we are pending but i gave up on it since we have NOA 2 in hand.

We were a May 15th NOA1, so hopefully a lot of others are in the same boat as us of just not being updated yet but it's in the mail.

Yes i called many times and even called friday still told pending.

I understandni seen cases a number from us for days. Even on todays scan we are not there. We got the letter nvc said it be a few more days. They are ao much nicer there. Just keep your head up we was 168 days. Oct 31st got letter today Nov 8 so took 8 days. The scans are not right.
