greetings to march folks who are getting their noa2 congrats and to does awaiting you will get it by his grace. so i am a may filer and i am just trying to know what date is the recent date that has been approved. my service center is potomac. God bless.

omg i tried catching up on march fliers.. i couldnt get the last comment i just had to comment to get me to the last comment. trying to see the latest date that has been approved.. by the way congrats guys!! happy for you alll

i hear  California Service Center is showing they no longer do the 1-130 for US Citzen to petition for their spouse. check uscis site

ps: I was worried about how slow Texas seems to be, but seeing this about Nebraska,I can't help but be happy at least tsc is currently approving feb petitions so we should be looking at October/November by Gods grace 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

For Potomac, March filers are getting approved this month, seeing the filers updated their status. 😁

yes potomac is attending to march

6 months is only to approve the petition (and only if there's all good and you will have no RFE sent to you). Add another 3-4 months for NVC processing. Add another month for the interview part. Also, considering that you're from Nigeria, you may also get stuck in administrative processing which may take weeks or months.
