They seem to be into March petitions at this point. Figure your wait to hear from USCIS will be give months, plus or minus. That seems to be the trend.
much thanks blessings

The California Service Center handles all K1s. If you read through the last 5-6 pages, you'll find the most recent approvals from March filers. You can go to the April filers thread and also find approvals there. Igor's list may be found at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl=
major thanks

if a person is in the process of the i130, ir1/ cr1. when the person gets approved and wants to travel to the usa. is it a problem if the person books for a one way ticket, without having a return ticket?

how ever i would like to start a new topic i think i should make this a trend. if a person is in the process of the i130, ir1/ cr1. when the person gets approved and wants to travel to the usa. is it a problem if the person books for a one way ticket, without having a return ticket?

I'm not sure. Maybe they are starting doing the background check or something.
For Potomac, March filers are getting approved this month, seeing the filers updated their status. 😁
yes potomac is attending to march

does this relate to all nigerians that will be going through this process, or is it just relating to your case alone?

My husband and I applied 2 years ago in December and then got denied. I have visited 7 times. We have known each other 6.5 years. So consider yourself lucky if you get yours within 1 year. Good luck!
Am so sorry to hear. I hope you both will be together soon. God bless

Some folks are completely wrong.
6 months is only to approve the petition (and only if there's all good and you will have no RFE sent to you). Add another 3-4 months for NVC processing. Add another month for the interview part. Also, considering that you're from Nigeria, you may also get stuck in administrative processing which may take weeks or months.
Seen thanks so much
